Most sightseeing starts between 4:00 AM and 7:00 AM, and you'll usually return to your hotel only around 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM after a full day of activities. - One of the unique experiences is the 58 km journey through the tribal reserve, where travel is allowed only with a police convoy while going and returning. It is a truly different experience and offers a glimpse of the region's unique environment. - The destinations are absolutely beautiful, and the water sports and adventure activities are fantastic. They are a must-try for anyone visiting the islands. Overall, I highly recommend planning at least 6 nights and 7 days to comfortably explore the major islands and enjoy all the attractions without rushing. s. ​1. Breakfast Service (First 2 Days) ​Day 1: My flight timings changed, and I requested an early breakfast, which was denied. While I understood the policy, it set a disappointing tone. ​Day 2: We had an early morning checkout to travel to Havelock Island. We were provided a packed breakfast consisting only of low-quality bread, butter, jam, and a packed mango juice. This was highly unsatisfactory. ​2. Havelock Island Accommodations & Itinerary Delays ​Resort Quality: The resort provided on Havelock Island was extremely poor. The rooms felt like below-average huts, resulting in a terrible experience. ​Service Delay: It took almost an hour of arguing to get our room changed. ​Lack of Local Agent Support: Because of the room change, our itinerary ran late. The local agent asked why we were running late and insensitively suggested we should have gone on the tour first and changed rooms later. It is unreasonable to expect guests to go out without freshening up first. ​3. Transport Issues ​Havelock Island: We were initially given an Alto to travel to Radhanagar Beach, which did not match what was promised during booking. After confronting the agent, they upgraded us to a Scorpio for the return journey to the resort. ​Neil Island: The driver on Neil Island was incredibly rushed, constantly forcing us to hurry through our sightseeing because he had another group of guests waiting for his next trip. ​4. Discounts and Financial Discrepancies ​We were promised a 40% discount on water sports activities, but this was not honored. We were forced to pay the full price/whatever rate was quoted on-site, with zero assistance from your team. ​5. Booking Partner & Coordinator Support ​The resort provided on Neil Island was very good, and the final legs of the trip went smoothly. However, the travel partner we booked through provided almost no assistance during the trip. It felt like we had to figure everything out on our own, and we were left entirely at the mercy of the local agent. ​Conclusion ​The lack of coordination, poor initial accommodations, and unhelpful local support made the first few days of our vacation incredibly uneasy and stressful. I expect a formal response regarding the unhonored discounts and the standard of service provided

his was not fair. If the Makruzz tickets were costlier, we should have been informed and asked to pay the additional amount. Changing the ferry without informing us was not appropriate. Such changes affect the travel experience and spoil the mood of the trip. I am not sure how you plan to compensate for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. Beautiful sea & beach. Throughout the planning stage, I was in touch with Pramila Ma’am and another team member, and both of them were extremely patient and professional. Even after I made several itinerary changes, they never seemed frustrated and handled everything smoothly. Another highlight was their excellent selection of hotel properties. All the resorts arranged for my stay were really good. The Aquays properties in Havelock and Neil Island were fantastic. Although their Google rating is around 4.1, the properties themselves were excellent. In fact, the Aquays property in Neil Island was on another level — the room had a back door that opened directly to a shared swimming pool, which was extremely convenient. Since the pool was attached to the room, I ended up swimming there many times during the stay. The drivers were also very professional, punctual, and polite. I did not face any issues during the entire trip, and all transfers were handled smoothly. Another thing worth appreciating is their flexibility. I had initially planned my trip for December but postponed it to February, and they agreed to the change without any extra charges or complications, which was very helpful. Also, they have given 2 small souvenirs on the end day which is nice gesture. Overall, the entire trip went very smoothly, and I came back with lots of beautiful memories. A couple of small suggestions for improvement: - I haven’t seen much promotion or branding from them — not on their cars, T-shirts, or other places. In the travel business, advertising and visibility are very important, so investing a bit in marketing could help them grow even more. - It might also help if each morning they send the day’s itinerary on WhatsApp or provide a printed schedule, so travelers have clear visibility of the day’s plan. - Also, representative of their team was not present on the Havlock when I arrived there. I had to call them multiple times over these. Many representative of different companies like andaman experience was already present there with ply card. Kindly sort out these small things so that your customers don't have to worry about these things. That said, my overall experience with Pearl Andaman Tours and Travels was very positive, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a trip to the Andaman Islands.
