in planning the trip due to the diverse needs of my group. Arranging suitable transport, comfortable hotels, and selecting the right locations was overwhelming, especially since I wasn’t familiar with the region. That’s when BackToHolidays and Shreya Rajput stepped in and completely transformed our travel experience. Shreya not only helped me plan the trip from scratch but ensured every minute detail was taken care of. She crafted a personalized itinerary based on our preferences, unlike other travel agencies that often stick to rigid, template-based plans. What truly set her apart was her proactive involvement throughout the trip. Shreya called me daily to check on our experience, ensuring that each day went smoothly and making adjustments whenever necessary. Upon our request, she even arranged a guided tour in Mumbai, further enhancing our experience. Her attention to detail, care, and exceptional customer service made the entire journey stress-free and memorable for everyone, especially our senior family members. Recommendation: The only suggestion I would have for future travelers is to spend more time in Mahabaleshwar and Panchgani during the winter months, as these locations are exceptionally beautiful and deserve extra time to explore.
