The driver assigned to us was polite, respectful, and drove safely throughout the journey. He remained courteous in his interactions and, in certain instances, such as recommending a battery-operated rickshaw in Ayodhya, his suggestion improved local mobility. The final airport drop was smooth and punctual. There were certainly good elements in the trip. That said, the operational gaps were too consistent to ignore. The vehicle provided for the tour carried a white number plate rather than a commercial yellow number plate, which immediately raised concerns regarding compliance for a paid tourism package. While I am not making legal claims, this is not what one expects when booking through a structured travel platform. From day one, there were coordination inefficiencies. At the airport pickup stage, there was confusion before we connected with the driver. More concerning was the recurring pattern across cities where the vehicle would be parked 200–300 meters away from entry points, and we were asked to walk — sometimes on uphill gradients — despite traveling with a six-year-old child and a senior citizen. This was not an isolated instance but a repeated approach in Varanasi, Prayagraj, and Ayodhya. In multiple cases, when I insisted, the vehicle was able to drop us significantly closer, which indicates that proximity was possible but not initially prioritized. Guest comfort should not require negotiation at every stop. There were also serious itinerary execution issues. Several temples and locations listed in the confirmed itinerary were not initially covered in Varanasi. I had to proactively message and escalate to ensure those places were included. When I first raised the concern, the response was not particularly reassuring, and it gave the impression that coverage of listed items depended on my active monitoring rather than structured planning. If a customer books a package tour, it is precisely to avoid having to supervise execution. Additionally, Subah Banaras was mentioned in the itinerary but never conducted. In Ayodhya, both Saryu Aarti and the laser light show were listed despite occurring simultaneously at different locations several kilometers apart, making it practically impossible to attend both. Listing mutually exclusive events in a fixed itinerary reflects poor feasibility planning. In Prayagraj, Akshayavat was attempted without prior confirmation of operational timings and was found closed upon arrival. As a result, we had to reschedule it to the next morning, which forced an early hotel departure at 7 AM. Although breakfast was included in our booking, we were only able to have minimal items because of the sudden schedule adjustment. This disruption was avoidable had timings been verified in advance. At Anand Bhavan, the vehicle was parked approximately 250–300 meters away on an uphill stretch, and we were asked to walk. This was physically inconvenient and avoidable. Only after repeated insistence were closer drop-offs accommodated at later stops. The VIP darshan arrangement, while smooth once inside, appeared to be handled on the spot. Tickets were purchased after arrival rather than pre-arranged. I had clearly requested an all-inclusive package, and yet multiple payments were made on-site. If certain charges are excluded, that should be transparently communicated beforehand. The experience felt reactive rather than professionally pre-coordinated. In Ayodhya, the hotel was seemingly unaware of our arrival at the time of check-in, and we were made to wait approximately thirty minutes for room allocation. The room condition was underwhelming, with visible stains in the bathroom and a non-functioning AC. The breakfast area the following morning had a noticeable mosquito issue. While we chose not to escalate on-site due to fatigue and tight scheduling, such basic quality control and coordination are responsibilities that fall within the agency’s oversight when curating a package. Additionally, although the quotation mentioned a driver-cum-guide, the experience largely reflected a driver-only role unless I specifically requested coverage of listed locations. To be clear, the individual driver remained courteous and cooperative; the concern appears to stem from insufficient briefing and planning standards at the agency level. In summary, the issue was not attitude but execution discipline. There were good moments in the journey, but the repeated need to insist on closer drop-offs, monitor itinerary coverage, verify timings, arrange practical logistics, and absorb unplanned disruptions significantly reduced the value of what was positioned as a structured, all-inclusive 5N/6D package. When a customer chooses to book through a platform like Travel Triangle, the expectation is professional coordination, proactive planning, feasibility-aligned itineraries, and comfort-oriented logistics. This trip had potential to be excellent, but the cumulative operational gaps made it merely average. I hope this feedback is reviewed seriously and used to strengthen quality control and partner accountability standards going forward.

On the day one we had requested the co-ordinator to move the Dudhsagar water fall after 2 days which he agreed at the initial stage. However, in the night when there was a miscommunication between the co-ordinator and driver, co-ordinator started asking me proof of agreement that when we had asked him to move the day of Dudhsagar visit. Kindly ask the co-ordinator to stick to the words as the guest has the rights to do the changes in the itneary. 4. At the time of check-in at Hotel we had to wait for another 30 mins due to mismatch in final amount of payment. Please make sure to communicate to the Hotel well in advance with the right amount to avoid inconvience to the guest.

Does not matter as you will be travelling a lot and will not get much time to explore police bazar. Driver anyways will take you to police bazar one evening. If you want to stay near Police bazar choose different hotel) Pyrkyns Inn - Cherrapunjee (Excellent Hotel) Ka bri war - (Mawlynnongh and Dawki). Excellent hotel views and food but location is in between the two. Be ready for hactic travel next day if you are going to Krang suri and Dawki) Hotel Rituraj - Excellent hotel near to Brahmaputra cruise and Kamakhya Temple. Brahmaputra people go for upper deck but middle deck is also very nice. You get good photos and cruise music band and DJ party will not be there in upper cruise for sunset cruise. Must Visit places - Elephant Safari, Krang suri water fall (Don't forget to take a bath in Water fall. Be ready for cold water), Dawki River boating (Good clean water), Nohkalikai water fall, Seven sister water fall only in monsoon (There is no water right now). Langkawi is a worth seeing island in Malaysia with so pure and astonished natural beauty and clean beaches which made my family holiday more relaxing and memorable Besides beaches and water sports activities the sky bridge experience was awesome reaching there by a cable car or sky cab to a very grt height amidst greenary all around and see view at base .seven well waterfall tourist spot which was added to my itenary in my demand should not be left over it's a beautiful natural spring which after falling from high mountain converts into seven ponds in between and than continue to fall from height making it a waterfall with all lush green forest all around though we had to climb 650 steps to reach there but it's worth seeing.

Best memory was chilling Pangong Lake and calm & very beautiful Nubra Valley till the last village of India, Turtuk. Mid of October even though chilling offers you great scenic beauty of this region with fall colours. Invest in good quality glouses and Jacket if planning in October.

obby, a young chap of 26 year was waiting outside with placard of my name and I felt there more cold there than peak cold of new Delhi during winter. Young chap i.e. Ashgar was familiar with local road and address of hotel but he was not candid. So I started conversation with him and he told me that my hotel Arya is 15 minutes away from airport and within 15 minutes I was at my hotel. This hotel Arya is situated at Karzoo road and little inside from road but close to main leh market area. Hotel staff was humble and their food is homely. I checked in hotel and start to feel suffocating due to lack of oxygen, consequently my migraine catalysed then I took my first pills and a healthy sleep to acclimatized with local weather conditions. In late evening I visited local Leh Market which was 15-20 minutes away from hotel then came back for dinner. Next morning after breakfast journey begins to explore leh Ladakh, MAGNETIC HILL, GURDWARA SHRI PATTHAR SAHIB,CONFLUENCE OF THE ZANSKAR & INDUS,ALCHI GOMPA and Hall of Fame were eye-catching spots of day but Hall of Fame was a place where we can see the memories of our brave soldiers. Next day i.e. 29th May was the day of long-lasting memories of Khardungla where you feel proud on BRO because it's difficult to construct a motorable pass in such a variable terrain and weather conditions. Hats off to BRO members for construction and maintenance of high altitude road. Frozen mountains and snow fall were mesmerizing events of the Khardungla Pass. At Khardungla Pass, I vomited like common human being because there was lack of oxygen and I was facing breathing problem though the untouched natural beauty were capable enough to heal anyone. Road from downfall of Khardungla Pass to Hunder Village was parallel to Indus (?) river and anyone can fall in love with Turquoise blue river, white snow peak, cold breeze and meandering roads. Same day in the evening I visited DESKIT GOMPA situated in DESKIT Village where colourful Stupa of Buddha look like rainbow in rainy days. My next excursion was camel riding at Hundar and camel riding on whitish sand dunes was a pleasant memory of the evening then after I checked in Ladakh Summer Camp at Nubra valley. Ladakh Summer Camp was very clean, green and staff were also decent but food quality may be improved. After awaking early in morning and taking breakfast at Camp, I left the camp for my next destination i.e. Pangong lake but the natural views in between Nubra valley and Pangong lake were leaving deep imprints. Twist and turn of roads, colourful river at road side,shadow of clouds and white sand dunes were much more beautiful than my above narrations. After leaving behind the white sand dunes you will get a chance to see the first look of Pangong lake and you can't control yourself without praising the lake beauty. There I stayed at Ladakh Summer Camp but this camp was better than previous one due to its location near to lake where you feel cold air. Crystal clear Turquoise Blue Water of Pangong lake, earthy brown mountains, white clouds, clear blue sky, snowy mountain peaks, rapids of cold air, local ladakhi music and tranquility of nature were perfect ingredients for Leh Ladakh trip. Next morning I left Pangong for Leh and checked in hotel Arya in afternoon. Tips: 1) Carry one woolen coat in cabin bags. 2) Carry medicine for headache, vomiting, fever etc 3) Carry some camphor to avoid cold, headache 4) Take full rest on first day of arrival otherwise your upcoming days will be spoiled 5) Don't eat too because destinations are far from each other which involves lot of traveling. 6) Carry a sunglass compulsory 7) Don't carry babies or children below 10yrs 8) carry one or two light shade cloth or summer clothes for Nubra valley 9) Don't eat at Magnetic hill restaurant and at Hundar village restaurant because they serve third quality food. 10) Don't spend too much time at single place so that you might cover and see all destinations enthusiastically 11) Carry postpaid Airtel or BSNL sim cards only otherwise your mobile will be larger size clock and smaller size camera 12) Carry medicine for altitude sickness but don't take unless emergency situation 13) Don't exhaust yourself physically because lack of oxygen may screw you more.
