Hotel Somadevi Angkor, Siem Reap had poor service. Not at all suitable for tourists. LCS, Phnom Penh was above average. Guide and vehicle at both places were very good. The bus transport provided to travel to Phnom Penh was bad. A crammed 10 seater was very tiring for 5hr travel. Excepted a normal tourist bus. Angkor Vat, Angkor Thorm, Bayon temple

Sayoni's 10 days trip to Cambodia

The tour conducted by Asia Authentic Travel was quite eventful. The itinerary was well set and the activities were arranged meticulously. The only thing is we as a family of 3 experienced some discomfort in our hotel at Saigon. The room was particularly small, amenities less and the room was not cleaned as well. The housekeeping staff did not seemed to attend to our room. We later on did say so at the hotel reception but it was too late and we were leaving the next morning. Ps- we stayed at Ann Harbour (Saigon) for 3 nights. Apart from that our hotel at Siem Reap (Tara Angkor Wat) was marvellous. Excellent buffet breakfast, overall great food at the restaurant too ! Phnom Penh hotel (Pacific) was good too, however it did not have a on site restaurant and we had difficulty accessing food later for dinner, buffet breakfast was okay. The hotel at Hanoi (Amorita Boutique) was alright but we had to ensure that we got breakfast (as promised) because their kitchen was still not ready to attend to visitors. The river cruise at Halong Bay (Renea) was amazing, we spent a great night there. There were too many activities, food was good and we enjoyed ourselves. Over all our drivers and tour guides were good, punctual, polite, well mannered and we had a memorable time travelling around Cambodia and Vietnam. Special thanks to Eric (Tuan) who conducted the tour and was constantly available during the whole trip via Whatsapp.

LVP rep Ms Jenny Pham was excellent! LVP is strongly recommended. Only major hassle was the hotel in Phnom Penh i. e. Hotel Green Palace which is under renovation & in the process of renaming as Sunshine Hotel. Not worth the 4 stars due to cleanliness issues, shutdown of restaurant (except for breakfast) & absence of room service.

Rahul's 11 days trip to Vietnam

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Travel Triangle and with LVP. I had tweaked my travel plans so many time to get it right and the support I got from Jenny (at LPV) was tremendous. The locations of the hotels were spot on, right in the middle of the city center, meaning getting around was easy and things of interest were accessible. The organization of the pick-up / drops and transfers were managed perfectly and we had no trouble getting around. Our domestic flight and our bus from HCM to Phnom Penh were suitably arranged. Our tour guides were great too. Food was a bit of a problem for my wife, being vegetarian so we had to search around for places, as the choices in the hotel and majority of the places were few. But that was exciting in its own way, as we discovered quite a few places of interest. I must point out that we got free upgrades in two locations we stayed at, considering that it was Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, we could'nt have asked for more. I guess the only downside was that we had a jam-packed trip, which was exhusting for us towards the end of it. I would recommend some more free time be slotted in. But that depends of preferences. Rakshada was of great help in coordinating with Jenny and I thank you both. Overall, kudos guys. Great job. I shall be recommending Travel Triangle and LVP, further.

Sameer from Lotus Incoming was easily contactable when needed. He made all efforts to ensure I had a comfortable stay in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap. He personally came to receive me at the Siem Reap airport. The hotels he arranged for were top class and the tour guide in Siem Reap (Smith Chau) and the driver (Mav) were excellent. The car qualify was excellent too. I had a very pleasant trip overall and would highly recommend them,
