Rome Family Package

A cosmopolitan city in Italy speaking loudly yet subtly of the age-old art, architecture, and a whole lot of history, Rome is the place to be for your family vacation. It is the capital city of Italy and one of the prominent centers for art, architecture, literature, and history around the world.
No wonder, it is quite popular amongst travelers and tourists alike. Enjoy a family trip to Rome exploring its many monuments and structures. Stroll along the historical Roman Forum and marvel at the different buildings here. Spend some time at the Trevi Fountain if you like to enjoy your time.

Best Time to Visit

Rome has a Mediterranean climate. The winters are cold and wet and the summers are hot and humid. The best time to visit Rome is considered generally during the months from September to November and April to May. This is when the crowd is less, the days are usually sunny, and the evenings are cool.

Summers: The summers usually come after May. Mostly, from late June to August. This is when the temperatures can easily exceed about 32-degrees Celsius or 9-degrees Fahrenheit. The humidity also gets high during this time to match such increased temperatures. Even though the summers can get quite hot in Rome, the number of Rome family packages sold for this time is at an all-time high. The days are sunny and perfect to make beautiful pictures, grab a gelato at a street cafe, or gorge upon some delicious Italian cafe overlooking beautiful art and architecture.

Winters: Winters do get wet and cold, however, the temperature rarely dips below -1 degree Celsius. The months from December to February are the coldest. The month of March is also cold but slowly fades into the onset of spring in the later part. This is the time when the rush is less. If you want to save on your finances, you can plan a family trip to Rome during this time. The rates for lodgings and flights are comparatively cheaper during this time.

Monsoons: Rains start in Rome after the month of August. October and November are the rainiest months in Rome. So, you might want to plan your trip accordingly.

Best Way to Reach

By Air: There are three airports in and around Rome. Out of these three airports, there is one international airport and two domestic airports. Leonardo da Vinci International Airport is well-connected to the majority of countries around the world. To get to Rome from India, you would have to board international airlines flight from any of the Metropolitan cities like Delhi, Mumbai, etc.

By Rail and Road: Rome is accessible to other European cities and countries via a well-maintained network of roads and rail. Enjoy the family trip to Rome by booking a travel package from us.

The hotel in Paris and Rome were pretty bad. Paris : Room size was so small that movement around bed hit the leg. Rome: the hotel was not habitable , there were mosquitoes in the reception area and in the room balcony. Switzerland: Interlaken hotel upgrade was best Luzern and Zurich , hotels were decent. Switzerland, Luzern: was the best memorable place

We have booked through Mtp vacations pvt ltd since it is listed in travel triangle .We had a very bad experience. They have given us hotels which were different from the vouchers downloaded.Everyday we have to wait for the booking of tickets for internal travel .Till last moment they were not giving tickets. We have to go on reminding them.Trains from Paris to Zurich and Rome . When we have paid money in advance why should they not give tickets in advance.I don't understand.Every day we have to beg them to give next day's tickets. Last minute they have changed the hotel in Rome We were in a confusion. When we called they were not responding. We really had a tough time. The hotel which they have changed in the last minute in Rome was a Christian church sort of thing. It is rather a hostel. We are very disappointed We managed some how

Prima's 11 days trip to Europe

Excellent arrangements of entire tour; with near perfect itinerary. Stop over time gap allowed easy transfer to other flight - both ways We are fully satisfied with booking of hotels, amenities in the rooms in Rome as well as in Padua Could have been better on following: Taxi pick up from FCO (Rome) Airport. Due to the huge number of passengers there was a delay in clearing immigration and you mentioned that Taxi person was threatening to go back. However, we understand through our local friends in Rome that we should have been assisted and escorted by local Taxi people which is a normal arrangement. You may wish to take up this matter with your partner taxi firm. Train tickets - Reservation done but seats were not reserved from Padua to Munich. Later we understood that seats/berths cannot be reserved online. If this is the case then travelers should have been informed. We had ample time to make inquiries as well as we could have made seats arrangements. We appreciate your pro-active action on following: Change of Airline from Turkish Airlines with less transit time. Change of hotel in Padua - the NH hotel was near to the Rain terminus with walk able distance whereas our choice hotel was approx. 6 km away. Since we had our own itinerary there was no rush. We spent the days as leisurely as we could. The hotels staff was excellent and helpful.

Prasenjit's 12 days trip to Europe

It was a long planned trip to Europe , comprising of 3 main countries (France , Switzerland & Italy) in 12 days. Started off with multiple vendors and their quotes , but finally selected Hub Holiday based on my interaction with Rohit and Prashanth. The rates which were given to me was highly competitive. Thumbs up to it. PROS : ===== 1) First and Foremost , Highly competitive rates. 2) Excellent response time from Prashanth , not only before the start of the trip but also during trip. There was one case where I did not have a connecting train ticket printout with me in Venice Railway station. Got response within 30 sec from Prashant and got the ticket. Hats off to that. 3) Support during changed requirements was nicely handled. After initial plan , I requested changes for inclusion of PISA. It was excellently managed. Thumbs up. 4) Politeness of the persons in Hub Holiday. Every interaction of mine was handled with utmost sincerity. Good job. IMPROVEMENT AREAS (I will not say CONS as these people are new to travel organizing compared to other agents) =================== 1) I think , practical knowledge about the countries are really needed ( not only google / blog study ) for an effective itinerary creation. There were several instances where the station / bus stop is far from hotel , without even us knowing how to reach. Even though we managed with Google Maps and other ways , but for older and not-to-tech-savvy people , it might not be easy. So either detailed guideline or easy transport details should be given during travel voucher sending ( this i even asked , but did not get ) 2) Best transport options suggestion really would help a first time traveler. For example , in both Paris and Rome Hop-On Hop Off buses are waste of money. Much better option is to get Metro Tickets in bulk and use them for transportation. They are much cheap as well as very fast , so saving both money and time. These suggestions should be given and recommended. 3) Louvre / Vatican City etc. museums are always recommended to be visited with guides , or else it will just be some idols / arts without knowing what exactly are they. I felt , if we were told these things before hand explicitly , maybe we would have got better deal. Actually in Vatican , I had to book on-spot-guides , which is much more costly compared to prebooking of guides from Vatican itself. 4) VISA Planning : This was really scary for us. Even though i enquired with Rohit and asked him about VISA , his initial suggestion was 1 to 1.5 month was more than enough for Shenzhen VISA. But later we came to know , for some countries like Italy , it is always better to apply 3 months in advance as they take long time to issue VISA . For us , we received our VISA just 5 days before our travel, which was really scary. We even asked Prashant not to book any other vouchers like Eiffel Tower and other things. This resulted in , in last moment , we did not get online slots to book ticket at all and finally after reaching Paris , I had to book it separately. So these things needs to be handled in better way by guiding the first time travelers. Overall the trip went well and we were able to visit all the places as PLANNED. A Big Thank you to Prashant and team. Wish to get in touch with Hub Holiday again in future.

I would like to start by a big thank you to the Hub Holiday Team ( Uday & Prashant ) for me. They are best at the service to the customers. Initially for the sake of VISA applications they have given good hotels booking vouchers later a week before the trip Prashant has changed to best hotels at the right location based on the city and reach-ability to other services. (I have cross checked the earlier hotel locations and later changed hotel locations, especially in Venice we would have faced a lot of trouble if we stayed in the earlier booked hotel, but Prashant has changed to best hotel premises where all the other services are in reach and it's the heart of the Venice city) a very big thank you for him. Their dedication to trip planing was excellent, they planned the trip like their own trip. Overall a best service from Uday & Prashant for our first memorable international trip (Venice-Florence-Rome). Thanks a lot guys :)

We had booked my honeymoon trip to France and Italy through Hub Holidays. Despite being a package tour, we had the complete independence to chose my itinerary. The hotels provided were just awesome, especially the ones is Venice and Rome. Our hotel location in Nice and Paris was also awesome. The hotel staff in Rome was so courteous that they upgraded us for a complete apartment with full amenities. To my amazement, it also had a terrace with it. Speaking about Hub Holidays, I have never had a better travel agency doing job for me. They were quick and generous while responding to any queries or problems. Keep up the good work guys. Also, I dropped my passport in Disneyland Paris and Hub Holidays helped me in getting it back and made me feel relaxed even though I thought I have lost it. Yeeshu and Prashant were too good.
