Our trip was overall comfortable, but we did encounter a few hiccups along the way. Unfortunately, we missed the safari due to a delay and lack of clear communication from the driver. Additionally, we were charged for parking and tolls at some locations that weren’t mentioned in the itinerary, and the driver took longer routes to avoid tolls, which resulted in us missing a few planned stops. The Mysore hotel was excellent, offering a pleasant stay, but the Ooty hotel was just average. While the trip wasn’t a disaster, it didn’t quite meet our expectations. It was acceptable, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an amazing trip to Manali and Kasol, all thanks to the fantastic arrangements made by Dhartababy and Kewal. The staff was very supportive and helpful during our stay. However, there was a small issue with the breakfast on the day of our early checkout, as the options were limited. Despite that, the stay was comfortable, and we were able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. A special mention to our driver, Ravi, who was not just a safe and reliable driver, but missing a warm and friendly companion throughout our journey. He made sure we reached each destination comfortably and his local knowledge really enhanced our experience. Visiting the Hadimba Temple was an incredible start to our adventure, where the serene beauty of the temple amidst the towering cedar trees left us in awe. One of the most cherished memories was celebrating our wedding anniversary at Sterling Manali. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make the day special, and the celebration in the stunning setting of the mountains made it even more magical. A visit to Rohtang Pass was another highlight. The breathtaking views of the less or no snow-capped mountains were nothing short of spectacular, and the adventure of being in such a high-altitude chilling paradise was thrilling. In Kasol, the peaceful yet spiritual experience at Manikarnika was unforgettable. The natural hot springs and the sacred atmosphere added a beautiful, calming vibe to our journey. Finally, walking through the apple gardens was an absolute delight. Strolling among the blossoming trees with fresh mountain air made for a picture-perfect moment. The journey was amazing.. The entire trip went off very smoothly.. The moon lake hotel is located at a picturesque location in Shimla. The staff were very amicable and gave good hospitality and driver bhaiya was very cool and experienced.. 5 star rating for the trip, journey, driver and hotel.

The hotel was very good including the breakfast.The location was feasible to explore near by places. The driver made us walk a lot at few places and did not park in the designated parking spots.This could be improved. Overall experience of the trip was good. Nidhi from Back2Holidays helped us in a near perfect itinerary that helped us to cover all the major places for our 3 days trip.

Very good experience of waiting in Bus Stand for 4 hours. Had informed to book the earliest departure bus to Kashmiri Gate, Delhi. At first 5:30PM bus was booked (in the middle to last row even after requesting to book in first 3 rows). Then the travel agent called and said that they have booked another bus at 7:10PM as the bus operator is accepting our tickets. Not sure how they accepted at first and then rejected. Also the 7:10PM bus last stop was at Majnu Ki Tila from where there is no Metro. The travel agent is teaching us that both Kashmiri Gate and Majnu Ki Tila are near. But we don’t have a Metro connection to Majnu Ki Tila and that the cab to Airport cost us Rs. 800 instead of Rs.240 via Metro for 2. Also we had booked a flight to Bengaluru. Would the team refunded the flight ticket if we had not reached the airport early? No memories. Just waiting in Bus Stand for 4 hours
