Sachin's 5 days trip to ColomboExtremely well executed plan. Company officials are very prompt and always remained in touch.
Irynjah's 5 days trip to ColomboThe trip to Sri Lanka was a memorable one. Made new friends, enjoyed the sea food and the Ayurveda spa. However we were very disappointed with the hotels at Colombo and Bentota. The rooms were small and the bathrooms were not clean. There was hardly any space for us to move or keep our things. We were made to stay at Ceylon city hotel instead of the one that was given in the itinerary. That shouldn’t have happened. Kindly make sure it does not happen to other guests. The car ride from one province to the other was fun. Our time at Amal’s Restaurant and Villa was a pleasant surprise. Lastly, Our time at Rodeo- dancing the night away!
Shraddha's 6 days trip to ColomboThe hotels were very bad. U need to Work on getting better hotels on board. The best part about the trip was our car driver mr Taj , he understood want we wanted and always took us to the right places. He was very helpful .
Kaushik Bijoy Sarma
Kaushik's 3 days trip to ColomboI was initially happy that I got a good deal in terms of the total package considering the itenary and cost. However, I only realised later that there were a lot of compromises made to fit into the budget, for example the hotels provided were not at all upto standard and there were lot lot of things in the itenary which we had to skip because of the schedule we had. The agent either did not know what he was doing or made false promises to make the deal look good
Neha's 5 days trip to ColomboSri Lanka recent trip with Tropical Ceylon was fantastic. Special mention for the tour chauffer - Sujith. He was very helpful, friendly, ensured timeliness, and made sure we had a lovely time. Even the person who helped me finalise the trip - Hoshin was very good and prompt in her response. Though there were few minor issues with Tropical Ceylon, 1) driver detailed not shared in time; 2) final invoice not shared on time, Travel Triangle was able to help in both these matters which kind of solved these concerns well within time. Since I have travelled a lot extensively across the globe, quick research on the areas to cover and hotels to stay helped me in deciding my final itinerary with the agency. Though the agency covered everything in their itinerary, I would suggest to do your research so that you enjoy your trip to the fullest. Overall, would highly recommend Tropical Ceylon / Travel Triangle for your future trips
Abhishek's 6 days trip to ColomboI just want to share my feedback Everything was unfunctional The hotels except tree of life is not upto the mark The stay was not at all gud Tour was good In santury hills, there is no chef and no amenities The entry fees as per our discussion was approx 60$ and we planned accordingly but in real it was far more which took me avoid some sightseeing because of entry fees Regarding villa@69,the room was too small like a small godown where all the things are try to be adjusted The best part of the tour is chauffeur having excellent knowledge about Srilanka and very informative 6Days in Ceylon or Srilanka is nice experience with some pros n cons. It is a country of tea, gems and tourism where government spends their revenues for the education and health of citizens and made it free for all. Lil costly for sightseeing but best for scenic beauty. Got chance to meet some great personality where I found people are very helpful and cooperative. Travel from 37degree Celsius to 10degree celsius and also got an opportunity to see the traditional dance and their costumes. Overall trip was good with nice memories.
Shirish's 9 days trip to ColomboWow...!!! What an experience we had in Sri Lanka. I was little anxious initially as we were a group of 11 adults (9 of them were senior citizen) and 1 kid 3 years old and the entire responsibility of making the trip successful was on me. I am glad that I chose Elegance Lank through travel triangle who made this trip memorable. I had finalized the itinerary and hotels after some permutation and discussions with Buddhika. I should mention that the only issue we faced was that it was difficult to find Indian Food in Sri Lanka, and this happens in any other place outside India. Everything else was great, like the hotels, the location and the service provided by our tour guide Danushka and his team. The team was warm, polite and very punctual and tried their best to get some good Indian food for us :D. The mini bus was at par comfortable and the driver was simply superb. We traveled as much as 6 hrs in a day and didn't even feel tired. The trip ended on a good note without any issue. I must say if you are planning a trip to Sri Lanka then definitely go for Elegance Lanka. You will be in good hands rest assured.
