Trip was good but very poorly managed by Travel agent. He changed the described cottage stay at last moment to a lower one - increasing his overall profits. Driver was not finalized till 10:00 pm one day before. Provided hotel vouchers after repeated follow ups. During the entire booking process he was trying to extract more and more money.
