How to Reach Miramar Beach

The beach is located only 3 km from the city centre of Panaji. It takes about 10 minutes to get here by car from Panaji. For those wondering how to reach Miramar Beach, should figure out how to reach Panaji first.

One can first reach Panaji by air, by train or by road. The capital of Goa is well connected with the rest of India. The nearest airport from the beach is Dabolim Airport. The airport is located some 40 kilometres from the beach. Travellers can rent a car or take public transport to reach the beach. The distance from Goa Airport to Miramar Beach can be covered in about one hour. The distance between Goa Airport and Miramar Beach is 28 km via NH 66. The airport in Goa is served by flights from major Indian cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, and Ahmedabad.

The nearest railway station to Miramar Beach is Karmali Railway Station. It is about 12 km away. However, the Madgaon Railway Station is the most convenient option for long-distance trains. Madgaon station is about 40 km from the beach. The bus stand in Panaji is only 3 km from the beach. It takes only 15 minutes to reach the beach by car or bus.

    So this is the detailed review for our last trip to Goa by GoTrippi Highlights: First hotel booked was not actually a hotel but a resort. The resort was in a good location and way to beach was from inside the resort only. Staff was also good. We were welcomed with welcome drinks and garlands there.
    Definitely recommend this hotel. Cabs: Cabs provided to us were having good drivers. Didn't faced any issue. Lowlights: 2nd hotel provided to us was not good. It was hotel Casa and I don't recommend this to couples who are travelling with kid. Staff was also not very good. We changed our room as the fan was not working properly and the AC too was having issues. Other room given to us was also having issues with AC and fan. Back of the bed was carved which was not safe at all for kids. Although beach is around 5-10 mins walking distance. There was no buffet for breakfast as we were told guests are very less. Private vehicle: As clearly mentioned in the itinerary we were supposed to have all private transfers. On the day we were to reach cruise, we were given bus which was not mentioned. Other things were good and coordination by "GoTrippi" With Lakshmi was also great.

    All the services were good, except the part hotel charged me extra for early check in and I waited for an hour and half even with early check in, despite my repeated requests they didn't budge from it. Room was okay but services of that hotel is not upto the standard of four star hotel. They behaved
    like 2 star. Cab service were good, on time and clean, travel agent helped me out when were required. Thanks for the trip.

    Had a great family trip. My wife and kids were very happy with the trip. The Hotel (Santana Beach Resort, Candolim ) was very neat & clean. The bed, the linen, were clean & hygienic.
