Towels were dirty, no tea table or a single chair. 3) AC was not working in one room. 4) While return journey from Hotel to Airport we were asked to compromise in a sedan even though I paid for SUV. When I strictly denied they gave SUV. Surprisingly Firdous was not available on phone at that time. 5) We booked hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. But the hotel was asking to leave the room before time itself. Again they were asking to compromise in a single room even though we paid for 2 rooms. Seems there was no synchronization between hotel and Bindas Trips. It was a big mess after reaching. Better to opt for other travel agent for Goa.
