This led to inconvenience during the trip and gave me the impression that my preferences and comfort were not prioritized. The agent's attitude felt dismissive and as if I was being taken for granted. Overall, I expected a well-planned and hassle-free vacation, but the lack of professionalism and poor coordination greatly impacted my experience. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously to improve their services for future customers.
