Weather of Kasol:- Weather in Kasol generally remains pleasant and apt for traveling throughout the year. Days are a bit warm during summers and does not fall below 18 Degrees Celsius, and nights are freezing cold in the winter months. You can witness snowfall during winters. There are heavy rainfalls during monsoons which can lead to roadblocks. However, it is preferable to check the climate of kasol for the time of your journey.

Travelling within Kasol:- There are plenty of shops that sell tourist map of Kasol. Kasol is a very small village that can be covered on foot from one end to the other in just a couple of hours. There are some shops that rent out cruiser motorbikes like Royal Enfield and Bajaj Avenger. Exploring the hills on bikes is an experience in itself. Also, there are daily buses that run multiple times on the Manikaran road connecting Kasol to Barshaini and Bhuntar. Taxis and cabs are also very easily available in specific areas and near the markets of Kasol.

Shopping in Kasol:- Kasol, mainly, is just a market with tourists attractions lying nearby the village. This place sets the base for other places to explore. Kasol has huge markets offering everything a backpacker needs. You’ll find clothings like trippy printed tees, omkara shirts, ponchos, and accessories like rudraksh beads bracelets, headbands and many more. Moreover, stoner utilities like mixing pouch, rolling papers, bongs, chillums and crushers are available in markets of both Old and New Kasol.
