Trip to HimachalThe assistance given by the Travel Triangle and the Traveller Agency Associates during journey was very good however some issues I have already mentioned over the whatsapp group created by Travel Triangle team and same shall be look upto.
Trip to HimachalCool river tourist service is really bad. They don't know how to manage the things each and every day of our trip one or the other issue was there related to the things they booked it could be related to hotel or driver . trip would have been even more fun if i didn't have to face all these issues. This agency has to work on this very seriously otherwise it can affect travel triangle itself.
Trip to HimachalOver all experience was good however there were somethings which if were communicated in advance would have helped in avoiding misunderstandings. There was also some communication issues and things were not delivered as expected.
Trip to HimachalThank you, Travel Triangle (TT) and Guruji Travels (GT), for providing your great service! We’re highly grateful to awesome representatives of both TT and GT, specially Tarun Gupta of TT, Vivek (Vicky / Vivan) of GT, Rekha of GT and our wonderful cab driver Kamalesh of GT. Vivek provided needed pre-trip guidance and created customized itinerary that was rightly suitable for us. Moreover, he arranged extra facilities at our hotels as a favor at no additional cost. Rekha of GT have been with us virtually and continuously asking about our on-trip experience, issues if any, etc. Above all, cab driver was wonderful, caring and delivered all his duties timely, efficiently and patiently. We will come back to you for planning and executing our next vacation, another location!
