Trip to KasolIt was great except the hotal service in kasol Hotal is very pathetic in kasol
Trip to KasolThe overall trip could have been better had the agency taken care of some small things. 1. At two of the booked hotels, Wistling Pine in Shimla and Savers Park in Amritsar were had been stopped for about 30 minutes or so when checking out stating that the payments were not made and that we had to pay them. It was very inconvenient. 2. We didn't get to see a few places promised in the final voucher. First, we got to Kullu in the evening and the driver stopped at a shop and said that if we wanted to buy clothes we had about 30 minutes. He said we will not visit Kullu again. So we didn't see Kullu at all. Second, we didn't visit Kasole at all. The driver said he will see if the roads to Kasole were open, he will take us. But he didn't take us there. I know for sure that the roads were open. I strongly believe he wanted to get to Dharamshala earlier so he skipped that. Third, the driver skipped all the sightseeing in Dalhousie saying that they are 50 to 60 km away so we cannot visit them. 3. When we asked for some changes in the hotel reservations, although the request being 3 days in advance, it was denied stating that the changes could not be made. 4. When we would asked the driver to take us to a near by mall or shopping, he declined the request stating the car has a gps and that hey is not allowed to. 5. At most of the hotels, we missed the breakfast because the driver wanted to leave early for the next destination.
Trip to KasolThis was a trip with friends for 7 days which included Shimla, kasol and manali. We all had some really good time during the trip but also some bad time. The best part of this journey was that we got a really cooperative driver and the vehicle was also good. The scenic beauty of himachal never stops to amaze you. Specially views at shimla, kasol and rohtang pass. We had a very bad experience at Kasol when the hotel incharge over there informed us that there is no electricity at hotel due some failure. They asked us to see alternative hotels which were very dirty and of low cost compared to what we had already paid. After travelling for almost 12 hours, we wasted 3 hours in looking for other hotel options. We called travel agency but they couldn’t do anything except talking. We had no option, so we had to stay at the same hotel we booked. The hotel could not provide us with basic amenities like toiletries, towels etc. At that moment I realized, never pay full amount untill your trip ends. TravelTriangle should take care of these things. We woke up in the morning and went to manikaran gurudwara. The hot water springs over there were amazing. The best part of the trip was rohtang pass and river rafting at manali. One thing which we felt gone wrong was that we came from Mumbai to Delhi and started our trip from delhi onwards. Instead we should have booked tickets from Mumbai to Chandigarh. If our trip start point and drop would’ve been from Chandigarh, it might have reduced 6 hours of Cab journey. We didn’t know this as it was our first trip to himachal. I wish our travel agent has informed us about this. Otherwise, it was a good experience overall. Hotel at manali was good. Hotel at shimla was too far and isolated from main city. Amenities were not that good. I already shared experience about hotel at kasol which was bad except for food which they served. Experience with Travel talkies was bad, as the agent who booked our ticket had quit the job and the manager was only interested in getting all the installments done asap. After getting paid, customer is of no use to them. Experience with TravelTriangle was also not as expected or as I have experienced in my earlier bookings . They should not limit themselves by just creating one Whatsapp group. They should take responsibility of all the payment releases and if agent doesn’t meet the expectations, action should be taken. They should ask agencies to check with hotels and cab at least one day before visitors arrival. Hope that TravelTriangle will try to address these issues so that customers won’t face a hard time during the trip.
Trip to KasolExcept hotel service everything else was average...... Driver always asking for money .... From first day ...till last... His vehicle has battery problem ask me to pay for repair.... In night after rohtang pass visit he was not available at bus stand as was drunk.... Travel agent also take his side.... One day full plan was not at all good.... Totally disappointed for rohtang pass..... Kasol visit was good. I recommend tourist to visit of own, you can prepare things well then the agents. Even agent dnt HV total knowledge. Kasol visit day 4
Trip to KasolDestination: Kasol, Kheerganga, Tosh Dates: 27-30th June 2019. BEST PARTS: 1) Sky High Manali Holidays: (a) Sonali's responsiveness to our small small doubts and the politeness with which she handled every situation was very good. Her promptness to every query/problem we faced before the trip or during the trip was the best part. 2) Location and cleanliness of all Camp sites: All the camp sites were clean and view from them was very refreshing. 3) Destination guidance. 4) Value for money and hassle free trip Thank you Sky high Manali Holidays (specicially Sonali) for the wonderful trip and helping us to create some memories to cherish. Travel triangle can improve its payment mode.
Trip to KasolThe trip to Manali (3 days) and Kasol(1 day) was good. We had customized our trip to change the hotel in Manali to Clifftop Cottages which was amazing. We had to pay differently to Rohtang/Marhi trip to visit snow point. The stay was nice; cab driver and our booking agent Mr. Manu Thakur were cooperative too. Would recommend Kailash holidays to others.
Trip to KasolOverall trip experience was good. Things communicated by the agents were on time and as per commitment. It was a fair experience booking trip with travel triangle.
Trip to KasolHad an excellent & wonderful Shimla, Manali & Kasol trip. Kudos to Cab driver Sonam Thakur, such a wonderful person, who has been very friendly, patience, prompt & co-operative. Also a good guide throughout the trip. I prefer him when I plan for my next visit and also recommend others. Service agent's responsiveness is also good for my planned trip.
Trip to KasolI booked a tour to Himachal (Shimla - Manali - Kasol - Chandigarh). The tour was excellent in Himachal Pradesh. Hotel was decent in Shimla, Manali. Hotel was just about okay in Kasol. Hotel was the worst in Chandigarh. The experience in Shimla, Manali and Kasol were great - all expected sight seeing was covered. Driver allocated to us was good - he drove safely, the car was clean and the overall experience till end of journey was excellent. The only glitch is what we experienced at Chandigarh. We were allotted a hotel and when I went up for check in, I was informed it was changed. Another near by hotel was allocated. That hotel was not up to the mark. The pain I felt was I wasn't proactively informed despite the fact that there was a Whats App group set up by the Tour company for my assistance.
Trip to KasolIt was a wonderful experience. The hotel at Manali was amazing and people there were all kind. It felt really food staying there. Expected the same at Kasol. The place is mesmerizing. Only if the camp site tents were good, I wouldn't talk else about that place. the tents were stinking and suffocating. Luckily we got Swiss tens for a night. Swiss tents would have done the charm if we had got it for both the days. We were shifted to another cottage with extra money paid. Anyway, everything went well. Thanks to Lalita for being all supportive.
