Over all trip was very good. We enjoyed a lot in first 2 days at manali. In shimla hotel they provided during 1st day the room is very bad and the way to the hotel was also very Dangerous. Everything was well and good arranged by Neha side ......only problem I faced is by bus boarding and dropping for delhi to manali and manali to delhi about time scheduled and mostly pal travel bus sevice from manali to delhi totaly bad bus was not good no cleanliness was there seats were not comfort

That said, I believe the travel agent should take more care in understanding the client’s needs and clearly communicating the reality of what’s being offered, rather than overselling.
