How To Reach For Ice Skating In Shimla

Ice skating in Shimla is one of the most fun and adventurous activities that you can partake in this hill station. You can go ice skating at the rink in Circular Road which is one of the oldest rinks in Himachal. Enjoy the sight of the snowy slopes in Himachal while skating around and feel the cold winds envelop your face. There is also an ice skating festival held in December that is definitely a must visit.

To reach Circular road, you can easily take a bus, cab or taxi from any part of this hill station. Circular road is close to Lakkar Bazaar and is thus easily accessible. It is about 481 kilometers from the Shimla Bus stand and by car it takes about 9 hours to get here. The ice skating festival is held at the Simla Club. This is situated on Mall Road and is easily accessible by cab or taxi from any part of the hill station.

My experience with Travel Triangle was mostly great. The hotels were pleasant, and the cab driver was excellent and very cooperative, making my trip more enjoyable. However, there were a couple of disappointing aspects. First, I was informed that my sedan would have a luggage carrier, but it was not

provided. Secondly, I felt uncomfortable with the follow-up from Mr. Vikas regarding the last payment installment, as it gave the impression that I was not interested in paying. Even after settling the payment at the Amritsar hotel, I was asked to pay again for charges that Travel Triangle had not cleared with the hotel. These issues slightly tarnished an otherwise wonderful experience.
