Rashmi's 6 days trip to Japan

We went to Japan for a family vacation through Wanderbird. Raunak and his team customised the perfect itinerary for us and made sure that we had a seamless experience. Raunak was always available for every little query before the trip and even when we were in Japan we could reach out to him anytime. It’s one of the most memorable trips that we have had and a major reason for that is the guidance and assistance received from Raunak. Wherever we go next, it has to be through Wanderbird. Keep up the good work.

Richardtan's 8 days trip to Sri Lanka

First off, for those of you who have not visit Sri Lanka, you should make plans to do so. Despite my family and I having vacationed in places like Japan, Switzerland and China where the landscapes can be breathe taking, Sri Lanka's took us by surprise. It's a beautiful country with incredible natural beauty filled with picturesque mountains, rivers and lakes and a people who are friendly and helpful. The tourism industry though, is still in its infancy, and standard of service has some ways to go. Despite paying for top-end hotels, we were shocked to find that many of them do not even have air-conditioning in the rooms. Although we made a conscious decision to select our own hotels, the tour agency was not even aware of the lack of air-conditioning in those facilities and did not advise us on it. So although TravelTriangle was useful in recommending several tour agencies for us to secure proposals from, the agencies themselves do little more than just provide barebone service focused on pricing. You will have to do a lot more homework on your own if you want to ensure an enjoyable visit and avoid surprises.

Mr's 5 days trip to Singapore

Singapore is nice , with many many law , tired people and you can not think about it like thailand or japan , if you visited japan before maybe you can not find more here , they are not happy and fun at all , singapore driver are better than foreign drivers , we staid in sheraton tower hotel and it was good about cleaning and pool and breakfast . Universal studio is better than japan universal studio and make sure to use fast track because of long queues , this agent is very good on support for your plan and one strong team will handle your pickup and drop off for all locations on time , you will save money by selecting their services because of expensive entrance , about visiting santosa island pls make better decision if you want to see the night show , if you go there early and only want to visit madame tussauds then 2 hour is enough and show start 19:30 … you maybe need to spend long time in outdoor warm place , save your morning and make plan to visit another place before this island . The night time zoo also is wasting the time and you maybe tired of this very famous item , daytime zoo is better but its also very simple regards to Shenzhen zoo even , Dream travel is trustful agent that we enjoyed the support and they are nice people at all and 100% i suggest you to make contract if you want to see singapore … thank you for every thing Universal studio is only thing that we can say is singapore highlight

Aradhanapia's 13 days trip to Japan

Thanks for a nice trip. There were many positives and nice / polite helps which enables this marvelous trip. If you want an appreciation mail, We can give a detailed one separately. In this mail we are concentrating on improvement points. There were several errors and faults/gaps that could have been easily avoided. Overall we would like to rate the trip as 3.8 out of 5 scale regarding your help and service. The points to be noted. 1 ) In the bus from Haneda airport the driver asked " which Apa hotel you are going ? ... There are many Apa Hotels ? You should have told us ( Aradhana Family and the driver ) that the Apa Hotel near Nishi Shinjuku Gochome station is where we are going. I am attaching a screenshot from google maps in this discussion. You can help your customers with these kind of screen shot maps. As we were not sure, the driver found out with lot of trying with Japanese maps. 2 ) In Haneda airport we were busy locating the driver and searching for data card, so that we can establish communication. The condition that Tokyo metro pass can be activated only from Haneda airport was a big error choice from your side. We missed that and lost that pass fully. Metro train pass can be easily bought anywhere. You should have left that option to us, in case the driver did not turn up. 3 ) For Tokyo tour the bases leaves from a building next to Shinjuku police station. The police station is very prominently known by all. While searching " Love Building " or Love sign or Love statue in front of some building we realized that almost everyone does not speak English, nor there is any building named as " Love Building ". It was 1 chome Building and on the Footpath LOVE is made by structure. 3 ) At Toyoma no one speaks English. The Boys and Girls, Men and Women in Hotel counter also do not speak English. There was big confusion to realize that our rooms were booked the Number to Annex building 1/2 km away in Toyoko Inn Hotel chain and not in the main one near the station. If it was in the building near the station it would have been only 1 km walk with lots of luggage. We had to walk 1/2 km more. There was no lock in the bathrooms of the rooms to Toyoko Inn Hotel ( annex 2 ). These kind of rooms are dangerous as can cause major misunderstanding is someone enters the bathroom, while someone else is using it. 4 ) At Nagoa The Red Planet Hotel was very nice. But very far from Main Railway station. You should have advised us to go to the Hotel by Taxi from Station. We took train to a small station and then walked more than 2 km with luggage, as we were not sure of the best choices. 5 ) In general try to communicate to people with description of multiple landmarks. Your decision of sending our passports to Bangalore office after being rejected from Delhi should have been told to us. We were not aware of these decisions taken by you. We came to know about Visa delay very late. As per our understanding of dates, you sat on our passport, without any action for almost 1 week,( at Gurgaon ) and then rushed around. This is the main reason why we rated your service as 3.8 out of 5. Thanks and Regards Aradhana and Subhashish
