Tips for Monkey Forest Ubud

Following are the tips for Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary. Kindly go through the guidelines before your visit. Items such as sunglasses, flashy long earrings, hats, etc are to be avoided. At times the behavior of the monkeys might cause you to lose your item
For the wellbeing of the monkeys do not feed them with cookies, peanuts or anything apart from just fruits
When you take photographs do not get closer to the monkeys. They might attack you as a matter of defense
Do not forget that the forest is the home to three main temples of local faith. Wear a modest dress and plan your attire according to your visit.
