Risha's 3 days trip to HampiIt was really a good and well planned trip. The best part was the resort ( The IBNII )- Very very nice and beautiful resort. Thanks Jigyasa ( Travel Corp) for prompt response. The driver ( Yashwanth ) and car was also good and drive was cosy
Prutha's 3 days trip to HampiProfessionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value We booked package from Bengaluru to Coorg for 4 days. Ms. Jigyasa helped us with booking and made sure that each place in our iternary is covered. She was even connected with us during our tour through phone/whatsapp and comforted us when one of the place was closed due to pandemic (Golden Temple). She extended herself and helped us with other alternative place which we can visit. I would also highly recommend Mr. Amjad (our tour driver) who was well informed about the place and guided us in entire tour. His driving skills are excellent and drives very safely.
Mohit's 7 days trip to HampiMy Family was travelling with my mother in law (a senior citizen) and 2 kids and they had expected a good stay at booked hotels and lovey travelling experience. · We have had very uncooperative driver and the matter was even discussed with Mr. Narendra Maurya. · Driver is not just a driver but is also supposed to be a tour guide to the traveller. In this case, our driver used to drop us to the point far from the location giving excuse of the parking challenge and then we had to locate the car when we are back. Many at times, his number was not reachable and we had to wait for long. Once I had called Mr. Mueen to help to locate his car. · He was not even interacting with the Kids just because my elder son had puked in the car and he had to clean it up. · In Coorg, we had to wait for 45 mins at time of check-in due to some booking issue. However, the resort as such is good and so was our stay there. My family's overall experience was not good at all and they found the trip totally waste of money especially with an uncooperative Driver.
Anirudh's 3 days trip to HampiThe trip was wonderful, the driver partner was wonderful but the executive interaction and the false statements/promises ruined all the memories. 1. I was offered a discount of Rupees 1000 on the total amount. The discount was not granted even after the executive promising me that it will be levied and i should do the payment immediately. at time of completing the trip also i was told the same thing that i should handover the remaining amount to driver and i will be refunded in 3 days time. nothing happened even after writing mails and reaching out to team multiple times 2. I had 750 kms listed in the itinerary as free(included) Nowhere did it mention that this will also include to and fro kms from garage to my place. Only after completing the trip i was told that i have to extra for that. I did not ask for the refund even then the team was not ready to agree it was a wrong doing from there end rather they said its always like this. I requested to take a note and start including this note in all the itinerary's but to no avail. 3. Mysore was also to be covered on the third day as per the itinerary, but i was told at that time that its not part of the package, after multiple requests the driver partner showed us the Mysore palace and when i raised the concern with the team they said i have already covered mysore in the trip. I did not ask any refund but raised it as a concern so that in future others and myself should not suffer. The trip could have been so much memorable without any bad thoughts but all this chaos and unwanted behaviour spoiled this completely.
Akash's 3 days trip to Hampibooked my entire trip via Travel Triangle. The entire trip was planned and managed by the superb team of Travel Corp. Right from beginning till the last point that is till the time I reached my home back, they were coordinating it very smoothly. Even the customer service teams were regularly checking with the quality of service, be it hotel or cab. The cab was in a mint condition and also the cab driver was very friendly and cordial. The resort arranged by them IBNI Springs was too good. The staff were well organized and took utmost care of us. So all this was so hassle free and no time consuming. I would highly recommend to book any of your future trips via Travel Triangle. They are simple the best at this. Thanks again. superb team of Travel Corp
