How To Reach Bouldering in Hampi

Hampi does not have an airport of its own but one can travel to the nearest airport to Hampi which is Hubli Airport and then take a bus or taxi to Hampi. A more practical option is to fly to Bangalore and take the overnight Hampi Express. One can also use train to travel to Hospet Jn ( HPT). Hampi is a short bus ride from Hospet town. Hampi is well-connected to Bangalore and other major cities of Karnataka via roadways. KSRTC buses operate on regular basis from Hospet to Hampi. One can travel through buses, taxis, personal car or car-rental.

    The hotels/ Resort were top class with the staff being cooperative and guest friendly . Driver Wasim deserves special mention for his exceptional guidance for locating the best shops catering to tourist requirements . Driving skills were very good. On the first lap of journey , Bangalore to Mysuru
    , an Etios was provided , which was more roomy and had adequate leg space , on the remaining leg of the tour , a Desire was provided. This car was not in very good condition , with the flaps behind the seat , being torn. It was observed that Driver had to to sleep in the car at night , no accomodation is provided for him. This policy may be reviewed Ooty coffee plantations . Tea factory.
