Electric kettle was there but no sugar and tea/cofee available.plz provide it in future. Sonmarg hotel staff behaviour was very good. Houseboat condition and staff behaviour was very good. But the same problem of bathroom accessories was not there. houseboat food was very good. In houseboat Towels should be provided of white colour because brown Towers were provided to us which seems unhygienic.You should pay attention on yours drivers whom you are providing to yours customers. Plz give them guidelines that they have to drive not too fast,deep cuts should be avoided, no long phone calls while driving. One thing i want to say that we have to drop Jammu instead of katra so taxi operator demanded 1500/- extra for this. When i calculated extra distance then found that for only 50 kms extra they charged rs 1500/- which was little disappointing.
