From planning the itinerary to arranging transportation and activities, the coordinator ensured that everything went smoothly. Their guidance, support, and friendly attitude made the trip comfortable and stress-free.

ke only Hindi, communication was sometimes difficult. Additionally, apart from the package inclusions, we did not receive much support from the vendor or driver for local arrangements. For activities like booking union taxis and other plans outside the package, we had to manage on our own. Because of this, we struggled with bargaining and ended up paying higher charges. We feel the package vendor could improve their service by assisting customers with local coordination and guidance beyond just hotel and cab arrangements. Overall, the trip was good, but better support and communication would have made the experience much smoother and more comfortable.
