Srinagar Hotel staffs were supportive and helpful, however the hotel was not of 4-star standard. The service and rooms condition including the beds were not very good.
Gulmarg hotel stay was small but was good. Pahalgam hotel and services were not so good.
Complimentary breakfast and dinner were w
ith a limited spread.
Guided trip Kashmir should be more professional in terms of their communication and better coordination with the hotel in terms of customer expectations. They should be more engaging with customer to create excitement and mental comfort.
Traveltriangle was helpful in just connecting to the local agent and their involvement was NIL
