By Air

Trivandrum International Airport is the closest airport at a distance of just 10 km from Kovalam. The two terminals here, T1 (domestic) and T2 (international) have regular flights to almost all major cities across India. From here, you can hire a cab, auto-rickshaw or hop on a bus to easily reach Kovalam.

By Train

Located about 15 km away, Trivandrum Central Railway Station is the nearest railway station to Kovalam. This railway station connects Kovalam with almost every major Indian city like Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi and Mumbai. Once you arrive at the railway station, you can hire a taxi or cab or take a bus to reach anywhere in Kovalam.

By Road

Buses are typically considered to be the best way to reach Kovalam from Trivandrum via road. There are several luxury and deluxe buses that run between these two places. The only sad part was I had book the tickets from your agent and the return flight got delayed by 4hrs and he didn't inform me
