The 3 sea tours had done a good job in arranging the entire trip. Guests pickup and drop was also given and it was good. The driver was very humble and very cooperative while travelling. The arrangement in house boat was excellent. It was my first experience in house boat and was very memorable. The elephant safari on the way to Munnar was very good. The stay in Munnar in Ayur green resort was also good though it was very far from the town. Just a few suggestions based on my experiences 1. Innova would be best suitable for 3+2 passenger. 2. Clear instructions to be given on any place where certain networks are not available like in the Mattupetty Dam area only BSNL network works. 3. Clear instructions on house boat regarding life jackets like the way it is explained in airplane.

Everything was good in the trip Except the house boat .. Really had bad experience in the provided house boat.. Provided boat was not premium boat.. As I clearly requested for luxury trip they have provided one waste boat.. They have shown only one sight seeing during whole day journey.. Star rating of hotel and travel triangle was reduced due to house boat.. 2 DAYS of leaf Munnar , The staff was so kind and the service provided in the hotel fabulous.. I love to stay in lead Munnar

    • Trip to Munnar

The trip was very well arranged by Anita Shekhawat ji. And our cab driver Pramod Nair ji made sure that we do not face any problem in the whole journey. The best part of the trip was that we never have to call to our agent coz we do not face any issues. 4 stars for the stay coz i think houseboat could be more better, even though the food was awesome. The thekkady day planning was not upto the mark, it was waste of time and the safari was not good, neither the view points were worth it. Overall a good experience!! • Trip to Munnar

Hotels were really good. Services of hotels were also upto the mark. Vehicle could have been better. Driver was courteous but he also took us places which were not mentioned in itinerary and chargeable and skipped many places in munnar saying closed or can't be done by this vehicle, even thought those places were mentioned in itinerary. If these things are mentioned in itinerary, tourists can prepare for them well in advance. I was told by driver that real munnar can be seen only by off roading vehicle and we were stuck with jeep safari chosen by driver. We didn't know what we would miss if we opted out. I immediately tried to call agent and they tried to help but they were also not very clear what was going on the ground. Their option was that it's optional instead of clearly telling me what would I miss if I don't opt for jeep safari. Overall a great trip with good service by agent and an okay vehicle. Thanks.

Overall the trip was Awesome . But the trip plan was mismanaged 1 day in our travel i ternary was to visit Fort Kochi and we reached airport @3:00 then we left for Fort Kochi which we reached at about 4:30 and it was closed and thus our first day nothing was covered. 2 day & 3rd day to munnar was Awesome . Also i would like to add that there are places near to Munnar like Ripple Waterfalls,Chennai express Shooting point etc which are not mentioned in i ternary we covered them by hiring the jeep . 4 day we started by 10am and we reached Thekady by 2:30 and then in hurry we were able to do the Periyar lake Boating. 5 th day we started at 10am we reached Allepey by 12:30 we reached the boat house(Butterfly cruise) the view was very nice the Quality of Boat that was promised by the agent was not upto the mark it has very bad beddings and also the boat driver was always busy in his phone not explained us anything about the point he covered. 6 th day we started for Kovallam we were a little late as the driver was not on time we reached at our resort Pappu-Kutty beach resort which was 3* and on the kovallam beach. The resort was nice but the facilities provide were not upto the mark the restaurant was not good and the breakfast there was ok. 7th day to Padmanabham temple & zoo. 8th day to kanyakumari in between we were Poovar back water and Golden sand beach that was were nice and not mentioned in the itenary also we have to hire a boat for Rs. 2000 for 2 person to visit the place. Overall our trip was awesome the only it was some mismanaged Also it is suggested that if you are staying in kovallam then always take return from Trivandrum as our return was from Kochi we have to travel back from Kovallam to kochi which has taken around 8 hours i.e morning 10 we reched airport by 6 which was a total waste of time & the things mentioned in the Kochi iternary were never covered due to lack of Time.
