HI, I have booked my trip through Rocking trips for Kerela. Hotel in Munnar is good and cab and the cab driver is very good. The problem comes when we reached to Alleapy for Houseboat experience. It was a private houseboat, two people were there on the houseboat to assist us one is driver and other is a cook. Both people were very nice to us and they prepared very nice food. Now comes to bedroom hygiene, It was horrible. In the room there are spiders and on the bed also many time we found the spider. Tap water has small insects which I have noticed while handwash we have not used tap water after that. The towels they have given is very dirty (has many black and grey spots). Anyhow, we have to spend a night there in the houseboat we slept outside. Everything was good except houseboat. People on the houseboat were very nice to us.

Great travel agency. Support(Ms Renu) through out the trip is excellent. Sujith (Cab) was very wonderful during the ride and guiding. The butterfly cruise (boathouse) service could have been much better in food and interaction. Elephant ride and Jeep Safari is must to watch. Entirely a great place. Really god's place (Heavenly feeling)

Travel agent promised to make camp fire in resort but it was not happened. We asked hotel members about camp fire and they said travel agent didn't informed about that to us. It makes too sad for me. We said okay for that hotel only because of camp fire. Actually that hotel is very far from Munnar center point. Travel agent is not replying quickly in what's app. Travel agent is mainly concentrate only on money. Jeep Safari arranged by cab driver in the minimal price. We enjoyed it.

    • Trip to Kerala

It was a good trip but I was expecting it to be excellent. The resort at Munnar was very nice and they served good food with great hospitality. The hotel room at Thekkady was non AC and am not sure of the reason for it. I had to pay extra amount to get AC functional in the room and to my surprise it was mentioned in the itinerary that it’s a deluxe room. The houseboat experience was terrible. It’s room and washroom was very untidy and there were mosquitoes and spiders inside. The food served in the boat was also tasteless. Since the houseboat was stinking and it started raining, we deboarded it after a couple of hours and we ended up spending extra money by booking a hotel in Alleppey. Am sure all this could have been better planned and managed. Over and above this, Mr. Naveen from Pacifica argued with me when I raised these concerns over the call and I must say that he is really unprofessional. However Prashant Arora from his team has only been my point or contact and he was really helpful all through the journey.
