Samruddhi's 7 days trip to MunnarWell lets start talking about our trip... I will give 1 star for travel agent Travel vichar I approached travel triangle they send me 2 quotation/iternary from travel vichar & Jones travel agency from which I selected to go further with travel vichar.. Cordinated with Ankur singh who was our travel advisor from travel vichar he explained me everything well about payment and iternary he booked everything well for us and customised our package that he did very well bt after that he just called for 3 installments of payment once your payment is done he didn't called me once also to know whether my journey is going good or not he just shared vouchers didn't even shared number of driver I started my trip on 16th jan bt till then he didn't contacted me 1 day prior Or given me driver number that driver called me on 15 th jan to know our hotels name I have to ask qst to our advisor Mr. Ankur singh is your job is just to take bookings and collect payments or to ask your guests is your journey good do u have any problem throughout journey 1day prior you should call and give details in fact I tried calling him and send whatsApp msgs as well which he replied after 2 days then I called travel triangle &told about this thing that you guys are least concerned I m supposed to start my journey tomorrow I didn't received driver number yet.. So I reqst you don't book through travel vichar All hotels were good expect for houseboat.. 1) In munnar blue haze hotel was good, only stay and breakfast was good we ordered for dinner chicken curry and paratha which was ok ok. 2)In thekkady Periyar nest resort stay & breakfast was good only negative thing is it's far away from market area 3)in Kovalam Ocean bay ayurvedic resort hotels rooms was very good with limited breakfast 4)In Allepey we were provided with B 4 U boat house which was was too small and narrow can't event stand properly it was too much congested bt food made by chef was very much tasty the travel triangle adviser assigned to me went out of reach and switched off her mobile which was very unprofessional behaviour and I didn't expected this from travel triangle. Poor assistance from travel triangle. Cab driver Anas was a fun. A good driver indeed plays an important role in any trip and he did it very well for us.I must say driver Anas assigned to us was extremely humble, helpful, and easy going .if you are going for South trip will definitely Say take Cab diver Anas and plan it will be a memorable trip for you all 5 stars for him
Manikant's 6 days trip to MunnarOverall the trip was good. The hotels were clean and tidy. howvever Veetee mid town was 30 KMS far from Munnar. Hotels in Munnar would have ben a better choice. Thanks Rizwan for wonderful trip plan. The real issue I faced in houseboat with a extra bed. The space was little less in the room to put in extra bed. Overall trip was good and arrangement made by agent was good. My Suggestion to be sure of what and where you want the hotels (3 star , 4 star or 5 star). Houseboat should be min premium. Deluxe houseboats may be not comfortable for all. I took premium and it was good. Make sure to have enough rooms in houseboat rather than extra beds in it.
Rgkolge's 5 days trip to MunnarBoth the Properties/Hotels were very Good. Good Service and Food. Diver has not guided properly due to which we miss few of our Good Itenary. Resort at Munaar.(Value for Money) Tea Plantation area.
Prajapatirahul's 4 days trip to MunnarHotel and private boat can be improve more. Boat was not clean, however every one is cooperative. Every place was good, we enjoy.
Rahul's 6 days trip to MunnarAgent was helpful in deciding itinerary. All items in itinerary met their expectations quit well except the experience in hotel grand valley munnar tough it was discussed earlier that the hotel is new and it may lack in amenities. I just suggest not to go for grand valley munnar as it lacks in amenities. Namaskaram travels did a great job and it's agent vinit was very helpful. The travel triangle adviser assigned to me went out of reach and switched off her mobile which was very unprofessional behaviour and I didn't expected this from travel triangle. Poor assistance from travel triangle. Cab driver girish from hira travels was a fun. A good driver indeed plays an important role in any trip and he does it very well.
