Hi Team, Thank you for arranging the trip. Overall, the experience was good, but I’d like to share two points of feedback: 1. The food arrangements could have been better. 2. As a solo female traveler, being placed in a backup vehicle was not very comfortable. It would have been more convenient and reassuring if a proper vehicle arrangement had been made. Even though it was an impromptu plan, Vivek was extremely patient and proactive in arranging everything smoothly at such short notice. There was a small issue with the standard of one of the hotels, but Vivek handled it very gracefully and managed to arrange a better hotel for us within 30 minutes, which was truly impressive.
