    Best Time To Visit Nashik

Plan your trip during best season to experience the best of this stunning destination

Nestled amid the mountains of the Western Ghats, on the banks of the Godavari River, is the beautiful city of Nashik.

Popular among visitors for its natural bounties and religious significance, Nashik is best visited in the winter season. The city's weather is mild tropical, wet and dry year-round. The summers are hot, and the monsoon season is wet, windy, and overcast. Winters are the most pleasant and the peak season for tourism in Nashik. With little to no rainfall and almost non-existent humidity, the weather is perfect for the great outdoors and visiting Nashik's temples, vineyards, and historic caves. It is the best time to visit Nashik. From March to May is the off-season, and June to September is the shoulder season. If it happens that you’re visiting Nashik at these times, you can avail yourself of discounts and attractive offers on accommodation and travel. There are countless opportunities for indoor activities like visiting museums and art galleries on days that rain damper your plans for sightseeing.

    Climate in Nashik

    Summer Season in Nashik

With summer comes the scorching heat, which makes travelling about and sightseeing pretty unbearable. The district sees an average temperature of 29 degrees Celsius, with the daytime temperatures sometimes reaching the higher 30s. Outdoor activities are limited since roaming about in the excessive heat is not just oppressive but can lead to fatigue, fainting, nausea, and dehydration. This is the off-season for tourism and not the best time to go to Nashik. Some significant festivals like Ramnavami, followed by Rath Yatra, are celebrated at this time, and one can take part in the festivities if they do not mind the heat. Besides discounts and offers, fewer crowds and a more quiet and peaceful ambience are other added benefits of visiting in summer.

    Monsoon Season in Nashik

The arrival of the monsoon season brings rainfall, followed by lush greenery to the surroundings. The weather is pleasant to plan a trip to Nashik, but, at times, rainfall dampers sightseeing. The Coin Museum, WeGo Art Gallery, and other places are great indoor options for exploring on rainy days. Monsoon season breathes fresh life into the landscape. Waterfalls like Dudhsagar Falls gush down the slopes of Brahmagiri Hills in extravagant splendour. The temperature drops by several degrees in the monsoon season, and the calm winds rejuvenate and soothe one’s soul.

    Winter Season in Nashik

The onset of pre-winters and winter marks the peak season for visiting Nashik. The cool weather is perfect for sightseeing. This festive season attracts tourists who consider visiting temples auspicious on and around Diwali. Visit the best that Nashik has to offer, including - Tribakeshwar, Panchavati, Saptashrungi, the Sita Gufa, and Pandavleni Caves. Adventure and nature lovers are also in luck - it is a good time to trek in the hills and visit the lush vineyards. Temperatures generally remain between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius, with plenty of sunshine. November to February is the best time to visit Nashik; however, one must remember to book accommodation well in advance as this is also the tourist peak season in Nashik.

Shah's 5 days trip to Nashik

Booking Details: Booking Date: 6th June 2025 Trip Dates: 24th June to 27th June Issue 1: Miscommunication & Change in Agreed Payment Terms At the time of booking, I had a clear discussion with Travel on Ease agent regarding the payment terms. It was mutually agreed that: 30% would be paid upfront as the booking amount. The remaining 70% would be paid on arrival during the trip, in daily installments I made the initial payment of 30% immediately and confirmed the trip based on the above discussion. However, post-booking, the agreed terms were not honored. On 19th June, I unexpectedly received a message from Travel on Ease agent stating that another 40% payment must be made before receiving the booking confirmation vouchers. This was contrary to the initial understanding and raised serious concerns about the reliability of commitments made during booking. Issue 2: Delayed Response and Poor Coordination Between 8th June and 19th June, I followed up multiple times requesting hotel booking confirmations. Despite repeated calls and messages, there were significant delays in communication. On some occasions, calls went unanswered. Eventually, I was told that if I didn’t pay an additional 40% urgently, the hotels mentioned earlier might not be available, and changes could occur without my consent. When I escalated this to Vanshika (Travel Triangle representative), she assured me she would get back to me after discussing it—but I never received a call back. Later, Travel Triangle Advisor contacted me, and I explained the entire situation. Unfortunately, he clearly mentioned that he could not do anything and that I had to follow the agent’s instructions and make payment—despite the earlier commitments made by Travel on Ease agent Issue 3: Lack of Support from Travel Triangle When I raised the matter to Travel On Ease Manager via email, he at least offered a compromise—suggesting that I could pay 20% instead of 40%. Based on his assurance, I paid 20%, taking my total paid amount to i.e., 50% of the trip cost. While I eventually received the vouchers and proceeded with the trip, this entire situation was stressful, unprofessional, and did not reflect the customer-first approach I expected from a platform like Travel Triangle. Key Concerns: Agent Commitment Breach: Travel on Ease agent changed terms after the booking, causing confusion and lack of trust. Pressure Tactics: I was pressurized to make additional payments under the threat of hotel changes or non-confirmation. Inconsistent Communication: Delayed responses, unreturned calls, and mismanagement were recurring issues. Travel Triangle’s Role: Instead of supporting the customer, the Travel Triangle representatives seemed to side with the agent, leaving me with no practical recourse. Final Thoughts: Despite these booking issues, the trip itself went smoothly and was a good experience. However, the booking journey was stressful and could easily discourage customers from trusting Travel Triangle in the future. I am sharing this feedback not just to report an incident but with the hope that: Travel Triangle reviews its agent practices and accountability, Ensures clear and documented communication about payment terms, and Offers more proactive support to customers in case of disputes or miscommunication. I may be just one customer, but I chose Travel Triangle based on its reputation. I hope my experience leads to better practices and safeguards for future customers. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I remain hopeful that such issues can be minimized going forward.

Shettynidhim's 6 days trip to Nashik

Just returned from a magical trip to Kashmir with Travel On Ease – and it was everything we dreamed of! From the breathtaking landscapes to the warm hospitality, delicious food, and serene experiences, Kashmir truly is a destination that feels both like an adventure and a home away from home. A big shoutout to Travel On Ease, especially Vaishali and Kewal, for organizing everything so seamlessly. The itinerary was well thought out, everything was on time, and the team was always just a call away whenever we needed support. Their local connections made a big difference – especially the guides who not only knew the popular spots but also took us to quieter, hidden gems away from the usual crowds. June turned out to be a wonderful time to visit. While the popular areas were understandably crowded, the guidance and planning ensured we still had peaceful and picturesque moments to ourselves. One thing to note: travel within Kashmir can be expensive if you're not renting a car. Since we didn’t have an International Driving Permit, we relied on cabs, which added to the cost. If you do have a permit, renting a car or even an ATV could really help reduce expenses and give you more flexibility.

Ramaswamy's 5 days trip to Nashik

Hotels booked are not as expected and situated away from main area. Hotel Aristo at Lonavala is below average. Cab driver was very helpful but always on mobile during driving which I have advised him frequently not to attend phone calls during driving but not followed. Some times he leaves us on the road instead of nearby parking lot to avoid parking fee. Despite some setbacks we enjoyed well. When we went Orissa tour during Feb.25 booked through you, everything was fine
