We had booked the Langkawi, Malasyia package with Abroad vacations. The package booking process , follow up and on ground support was good.
Hotels were good.Drivers were english speaking and were on time.
There was a discrepancy between the initial package and vouchers shared which resulted in lot o
f follow ups. As a traveller main reason for a customized package was to have a trip as per our plan which was agreed by both parties.
There was onground support provided, but following up multiple times was not a good experience which should definitely be improved.
Vouchers should be shared atleast 2-3 days prior so that any discrepancy could be discussed and corrected before the travel and not have to follow up during the travel.
There was effort put in by the team to solve the problems but having to do the follow up during the trip was an inconvience.
Places visited , food were excellent.
