    • Trip to Singapore

Greetings from Swapnil and Priyanka. We planned my honeymoon with Kushark holidays. The places we visited were Singapore, Langkawi and Kuala Lumpur. Ankush from Kushark holidays, helped us plan a fun-filled itinerary with useful insights coming in. We could explore and enjoy the locations to the fullest. The hotels booked were really good and value for money. The local travel agencies in Singapore and Langkawi were very hospitable and helping too. Would really recommend Kushark holidays (specially Ankush) for planning holidays. We planned my honeymoon with Kushark holidays. The places we visited were Singapore, Langkawi and Kuala Lumpur. trip was good and beautiful. car and driver arrangement we're beautiful crown Bali Villa was awesome. hault of 5 hours in Kuala Lumpur should come with some food coupons. 10k advance booking for spa,sim card and candle light dinner is not worth. sim card you can buy from there and you don't even get top up.candle light dinner was the worst experience. I could have spent my 10k there to make it more awesome and beautiful.neither the ambience was romantic nor the place. park Regis hotel is not meant for honeymoon couple..it's not worth lemgohan cruise and island. crown Bali seminyak villa

    • Trip to Kuala Lumpur

lack of coordination during transfers in Kuala-lampur , we wait almost 1.5 hour in KL airport, quite disappointed with transfer from KL airport to Hote during arrival, I feel "I Need Trip Travels Pvt Ltd" could add few more spot in day 1 itenary (half day KL city tour). other than that the pickup was on time and the guides/drivers were professional and very helpful. Lankawi itenary day 5 was not covered as mentioned , Nupur Malik from "I Need Trip Travels Pvt Ltd" was very helpful in clearing all our doubts and fix the confusion, she was prompt in answering our queries but still we had to ask each and every time what will be covered during the day, This has to be improved for a better travel experience hope this has will be taken care for customers going forward. Other then that we had a wonderful experience, everything was perfect !! I loved the whole package and was very happy with the whole arrangements . Shudhanshu also was quite supportive in organizing the whole trip and the places were wonderful and we had a blast !

    • Trip to Singapore

Booked my 7 night 8 day trip to Singapore and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) through Travel Triangle and Safari World. Right from the requirement gathering phase till the end it was a wonderful experience for me. Travel Triangle(TT) and Safari world (Mr. Sudarshan) were pretty keen and all ears to note my requirement. They customized my changes in itinery as per my need and were pretty consultative in approach. They made sure all my requirements were fulfilled and i could get the most of my holidays. Mr. Sudarshan is warm and soft spoken person and very responsive with all the customizations. He made sure the booking and VISA went through smoothly. All the local tours were on time and professionally managed. The hotels were upto the mark. Travel Triangle's on ground support personnel and whatsapp group was pretty helpful for all needs. No hassles whatsoever. I enjoyed a lot and was one the best trip of my life with TT and Safari World. Would surely recommend the service to family and friends. Suggestion to Travel Triangle - Please start accepting Credit Card payments as that is preferred by a lot of customers these days and your competitors (MMT) are also facilitating CC payments. Thanks Happy Travelling Tanmay

    • Trip to Bali

There are many things need to be look at, for "The Desi Yatri A Unit Of Sandilya Consultants" such as- 1) The agent was polite and humble in the beginning and till the time the booking wasn't done. The moment bookings were done, agent's way of to talking wasn't appropriate and had was very rude. When certain changes were asked to be made, the agent manner of talking was quite harsh and the sayings were "pura Bali khareed ke de dein kya aapko?" I am sorry to say, please ask your agents to behave properly to your customers. 2) At the time of booking, Candle light dinner itinerary included "vine" also, but the itinerary given to the restaurant did not include "vine", as the result i needed to buy it. Please don't pass wrong or incomplete info. to the customers. 3) In flight from Kuala Lumpur to Delhi, seats booked by your agent for the couple were in the different rows. Despite of the fact known that it was the flight seats booked for the couple the agent booked seats in two different rows without informing us. You should have taken our consent first before making your own decisions. 4) Ramada Sunset Hotel was good enough, but the Marbella pool suite Villa was not good. Washroom was not clean, private pool was very deep. 5) I recommend not to prefer "The Desi Yatri A Unit Of Sandilya Consultants" for your trips. I would give only 1 rating to this agent.

    • Trip to Singapore

I booked my honeymoon package for Singapore and Malaysia from travel triangle ( Kushark Holidays). The travel agent Shalu Shrivastava from Kushark Holidays has done a great job in managing our package in our budget. she was available 24*7 before the tour started and at the time of tour. We didn't face any problem on our whole tour. The Singapore team was also very well co-ordinated and everything was as per schedule and no loop holes . The Dinner was awesome in both cities. I will recommend to others the Tandoori Restaurant for dinner in Singapore & Delhi O’ Delhi Restaurant In Kuala Lumpur. We spent 4 days in Singapore one at Universal Studios, one at Night safari and next day we had a city tour and post lunch at Sentosa Island by cable car we made visits to the beach, Merlion statue and S.E.A. Aquarium and Wings of times as well. Malaysia trip was also good. Trip to Genting highlands was 2way by cable car was awesome and city tour KL Tower And Sunway lagoon were also quite good. I'm very thankful to Shalu Shrivastava and will always recommend to my friends and family to go with Kushark Holidays. Both the destinations are amazing

Dreams travels did a great job in giving the right itinerary at the right pricing. Singapore was managed good by the ground agent, package covered almost all famous attractions. Kuala Lumpur has to be taken more care as the ground teams aren’t accessible and they don’t have any knowledge. Nevertheless Singapore was by far the best organized and efficient ground support . Babu of dreams is always accessible and he suggests the packages according to the needs of the traveler , hoping for more great trips in future through him Everything of Singapore
