Start your trip with the natural paradise Kandy

When you arrive at the airport, our representative will be there to receive you. You will be lead to Kandy. It is Sri Lanka's second-biggest city. It has an abundance of natural beauty with scenic lakes, misty mountains, lush meadows which leaves people spell-bound. You will be checking it at the hotel. After that, you will set off for sightseeing. Your first stop will be the Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage where the injured elephants are taken care of and are fed. You can also walk with the herd of the moving elephants and watch them as they bathe and play in the water.

Your next stop will be the Buddhist temple Dalada Maligawa. Then you will be visiting the Peradeniya Botanical Gardens. You will also visit the Gem Museum where you will get an idea of why Sri Lanka is often termed as the producer of the most beautiful gems across the world.

End your day with the traditional dance show. Return to the hotel and stay overnight at the hotel.

You will be visiting many known places including Viharamahadevi Park, Fort district, Old Parliament, Galle Face Green, National Museum, Independence Hall located at the Independence square.

This was our first trip with travel triangle and i must say we are very happy with the travel agent Shivangi,Kandy and Benthota hotels were awesome but Colombo the hotel and service was disappointing especially as there was no buffet breakfast n service was very slow. . Our driver Mr.Rohana was prompt and courteous. Overall satisfied n happy with travel triangle. The suite at Kandy and the beautiful view from Joe's resort at Benthota as well as the buffet breakfast at both these places.

Siddharth's 3 days trip to Sri Lanka

We had a really nice Sri Lanka trip covering Srigirya, Trincomalee, Kandy and Nuwara Eliya. The hotels were amazing for both nights at Cinnamon group. While the driver, Mr Sisira Kumar drove well, promptly showed up everyday, there were issues following our planned itinerary. He did not want to show us places and insisted repeatedly that he was having to work long hours (especially on our last day where we travelled from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya and then to Colombo). He did not wish to follow our itinerary and wanted to drop us in Colombo directly from Kandy. We had to call the travel agent and align the driver with our plans. Additionally, while the itinerary was suggested by the tour company, each morning we had to inform the driver about the day's itinerary, instead of him telling us. Overall, the trip was good except for these minor issues with the driver. I wish the travel company clearly communicates the itinerary with their drivers and asks them to be proactive.
