Shruti's 8 days trip to ColomboHotels were overall good. Hotel staff was helpful. We were promised car with sufficient boot space to accomodate luggages as well as baby stroller. However, it was a struggle to fit eveything into the boot of the assigned car. Travel time was way too long compared to what was mentioned in the itinerary. Due to which, there was hardly any time left to explore cities Kandy/Dambulla on the day of arrival. There wasnt a single day that we left hotel after arriving which means driver was free after 5/6 and we managed dinners on our own. The driver was reluctant to bring us out for dinner and suggested to take an auto-rickshaw. Price list shared for attractions was not latest and verified. When questioned, we were told that those are non peak rates. Why would you provide non peak rate list to someone who is travelling during peak period. We liked our hotels especially at Kandalama , Yala and Bentota. Nuwara Eliya hotel could have been better.
Pawan's 5 days trip to ColomboThis was an amazing trip. The services of travel agent and cab driver were excellent. Special thanks to Mr Samir of Smart Lanka and Mr. Pathum our driver cum guide.

Sheenam's 8 days trip to ColomboThe trip planned was very tiring and the hotels provided were out of the main city...but overall v had lots of fun... Nuwara eliya ,bentota
Kartikeya's 6 days trip to ColomboGreat service overall. We had no issues. Overall great trip! The driver allocated to us- Mr Shanta was really helpful. Clean cars & hygiene is imp for me & we were happy that we chose this service.
Awadesh's 7 days trip to ColomboTravel triangle is an agency acting as middle men, between users and service providers on ground. Neither they have any knowledge of ground realities nor the tour coordinator. Having been lured with the promise of 4 and 5 star hotel ground reality was as under:- Colombo : Hotel Ocean is dignified OYO facility with cramped rooms, AC getting packed up within 30 minutes of check in and rectified later. Kandy : Hotel Topaz was good accommodation. Nuwaraelia. Having rejected their earlier Unique Cottages on pretext of all rooms being located on First floor and our age factor, we were upgraded to Hotel Grand Camelia to SECOND floor with dining facility exactly in front of our Room No 302. Hotel's stairs are so well designed particularly steepness that a person with half of our age will find difficult to ascend or descend. To be frank leave aside Starring, hotel was nothing more than upgraded Farm House with limited staff doubling as Cleaning Staff and Waiters in Dining Facility. Kalutara : Excellent Hotel with good ambience and expected amenities. Colombo : Hotel Galadhary having seen it's good days is living in the past, though still patronized reasonably well. However, present front desk managers could do well to be exposed to soft skill development, rather than taking offense to complaint to non functioning sink. Transport and Driver Mr Rohana were the only saving grace during entire duration of tour who doubled as Guide as well and performed Exceptionally well. We would remember him.
Abhinav's 4 days trip to ColomboI must say the trip and all the arrangements were really up to the mark. Given that it was a rainy season and we wasted our first day in hotel because of rain, we were still able to cover most of the scenic points. Sigiriya rock, Dambulla caves, Kandy buddha temple, Galle fort, Bentota and Colombo. I couldn’t have asked for more in a 4 days trip. Our driver Imendra was very helpful and SHA travels did their best in arranging the trip. I’d recommend them to anyone travelling to SriLanka. Sigiriya rock, Madu river safari, Galle fort
