We had a very bad experience at the start of our trip. The cab driver told us that he was not aware that we were going to Shillong and he cannot go to Shillong. We had wait in the middle of our trip and call our travel agent multiple times to get it sorted. Finally the driver agreed to proceed with the trip. However our travel agent was very polite and tried his best to make our trip comfortable. Apart from the 1st day, there were no issues with the rest of our trip

This was my very first tour outside Maharashtra and it was my first solo trip as well. The experience was amazing. I enjoyed every place I visited. Well somehow, unfortunately, the water force was less in many waterfalls which lead to a bit of disappointment but Meghalaya as a state and people living there are truly amazing. My cab driver was amazing and he was always available whenever needed and he did his best navigating different places and suggesting different spots, restaurants, and routes. The management from Siang Explorer was amazing. Everything was pre-booked so I bared had to communicate with him regarding the facilities. Overall the trip was smooth and the overall management was great. However, I would have been happier if my hotel was located in the city and if it was a bit better.

I booked my trip to Meghalaya that covered Shillong, Cheerapunji and some other nearby places through Indeman travel solutions. I got their quote from travel triangle. Their quote was one of the best quote I recieved. From starting Arvind coordinated very well with me. During the discussions he provided a lot of options for Hotels. Trip was well arranged. The hotel I booked in Shillong was not up to my mark so i asked Arvind and Shekhar to find some other better hotel for me so they did it quite smoothly. Although I bore the difference charges without any negotiation but their cooperation in finding hotels was extremely good. Cab driver was well behaved but not really interested in giving any information about the place. Like he has no idea about open timings of places because of which we missed Dob Bosco museum, as we reached there when it was closed. As we expect that driver will help us as a guide at new place but our driver was not like that. But ya that's an individual problem there is nothing to do with Indeman team.
