When we reached Jaipur from udaipur, my travel did not planned for our check in to hotel, when we reached hotel, hotel staff did not allotted any rooms to us, and started arguing on asked to do so, even the travel agent started to argue when asked for arranging room. We had to wait for half an hour in just sitting in the lobby. The quality of room was not up to the mark,I have even added hotel review in Google , please find attached image for further details on hotel quality.

Overall it was a good experience even though there were few glitches in the flight cancellation and rescheduling of flights at last moment.. Also the Agra Hotel wasn't so good .. other than that the cab & driver, kingsland holidays travel partner service and cooperation was too good.. enjoyed the trip..

We were not able to cover all the places mentioned in the itinerary due to the vehicle breakdown and late arrival of driver. The hotel in Jaipur was located in a Muslim area and they had blocked the road for the whole 2 days for some function. So, for everything we had to go to main road by walking as no vehicle was allowed near the hotel. Jaisalmer desert safari was the best.

The trip began on a horrid note. Reached Click Collection to be told that I've no booking and there are no rooms to check in. Upon deliberation and few calls, the reception guy told Yes you have a booking but it was made late last night and that too on tentative basis. Sat there for some time and asked the receptionist if there is any room available on payment basis, he agreed readily and asked for Rs 3000 as a variance amount. Didn't provide either the official Tariff card of the Hotel or the Bill for the amount. He agreed to a complimentary Breakfast. But we were constantly humiliated at the Dining Room because this receptionist didn't convey our terms to the staff. Next day when I asked to shift my luggage to my regular booking, another guy at the reception promised that we can stay in the same room as we've already paid. I insisted that my room be changed as I didn't want any more argument but he said No sir it won't be necessary. To this I told whatever be the case, if you wish to change my room kindly inform me on call prior to changing the room. When I came back in the night my luggage was shifted to another room without informing me. The room toilet was filthy and the bedsheets dirty. Next day when I checked out I asked for the bill of Rs 3000 which I had paid, this time the lady at the reception refused rudely telling that the invoice will be shared with your travel agent. When your travel begins on such a bad note you don't expect much in the rest of the tour. But to the credit of Travel Agent he was able to assure that our remaining trip was comfortable. Nobody from the TT team contacted even once and the number mentioned next to Abu Turab remained switched off in the time of need. The Cab Driver was very good and his services impressed me the most.

Well planned trip, destinations and hotels chosen wisely. One important sector to improve is the driver's knowledge about routes, roads and destination places. Driver should be well acquainted with Rajasthan map. Rest all good, enjoyed the trip. Watching wide cities from top point of forts.

Overall, the trip was well planned and organized by Traveolla. They were quite flexible and helped with customizing the itenery as per our needs. The only are we felt they fell short was on the selection of hotels. Hotel Dior and hotel Rajputana Palace on the 1st and 3rd nights were really not up to the mark in terms of cleanliness and maintenance, which was a great let down. If Traveolla could do a bit more of a due research in this regard and provide better hotel options, the overall travel experience could be greatly improved.

It was a good trip. The hotel and the cab provided to us were amazing. The driver was very supportive and guided us very well throughout the trip. Only for the agent i want to say that they should work upon there pricing policy, should not have so much margin.

Overall experience was good at riva holidays but some problems I faced must be shared here for others. 1. After paymemt of first instalment please call hotel and confirm all bookings are confirmed (as I faced my jaipur hotel was not confirmed due to some Oyo booking that caused a 30 min waiting on day 1 of trip and my hotel at ajmer was cancelled finally and I had to stay at a hotel with very poor standard.) 2. No care were taken from traveltriangle not a single person called to get the trip situation.i called my alloted person he didnt pick the phone.I paid 500 to traveltriangle for assurance of all things but no one helped. 3.driver attitude was fine but in last days he was feeling irritated due to long stay I guess .But what can a tourists do in this matter.so behaviour of driver must be supportive. There are a lot of things that can be suggested but I want to say only one thing ....I or anyone book trip through tour agency so that they take care of things and you roam with no tension but in this trip I got a lot of tension. In future I will book by myself and for cab I may go for local cab agencies. Everything is available online.do some research and book. Following places can be added in udaipur itenary 1. sajjangarh fort/mansoon palace 2. Open aquarium at fateh sagar lake. 3. Night life at fateh sagar lake.

Everything was very good , very well planned and coordinated. the big issues we had with the hotels that were provided to us in Udaipur and Jodhpur, Over there the rooms were not at all comfortable , in Jodhpur we didn't get complimentary breakfast also and lastly the toilets were not hygenic. Apart from this the hotel in Jaipur and Mount Abu was like 5/5. In short everything was very good only if the hotel in Jodhpur and Udaipur could have been better than this gonna be an amazing tour for us.
