hotels and services were pretty good. but attitude of the driver was very bad. he was only taking us to some shops with which he had contacts. we were told that the car will be staying with us always, and being with a baby, it was essential that it always stays with us. But the driver was not at all co-operative and was getting irritated when asked to stay with the car for a longer period. He was constantly promoting the massage places and restaurants he had contacts with and discouraging us when we were trying to go some places of our choice. Also, it was understood that we were hiring the car for a fixed km. but even when total km was well below the limit, he was getting irritated and angry whenever we required a lottle detour. the driver ruined the essence of the trip for us.

I travelled Kerala (Munnar/Thekkady/Alleppy/Athiapally/Kochi) in Oct 2019 with friends. Prebooking response was very good with Mr. Abdul (agent) from KING FOREST HOLIDAYS. He has suggested overall plan, resorts as per our requirement and we could close on the booking soon with them. Immediately after booking, agent informed us we are not getting rooms in one resort for which we agreed upon. This disappointed us as this should have been checked with hotels/resorts just before paying token amount. Later involved Travel Triangle and this issue was sorted out. Small thing but without involving traveller if this would have got sorted it would have been much better. We started our travel and overall experience if I want say, it was awesome, we were happy at the end. Positives: 1) Cab driver was very good/polite and good guide, not faced any issue. Cab cleanliness was maintained throughout the trip. Driver was always very punctual and excited to take us to places 2) Munnar resort provided was a very beautiful property 3) Houseboat experience was excellent, flawless, safe. Food was simple and delicious with varieties. The best stay. Should never miss houseboat experience in Alleppy 4) Mr. Abdul was taking our feedback every day and felt engaged/reliable Improvements Required: 1) In Munnar, the resort was far from the city which was ok as the resort was very good. Second half day, we spent in Wonder Vally Adventure park which was nice experience but after that driver took us to the next spot without telling us how much time it will take. It took almost 2.5 hrs and we were totally disappointed. Driver should keep telling these things as well so that we can decide if we want to go or not. 2) Same evening, with our first cab, faced a small accident (basically minor dashes from a vehicle behind), which damaged the car dicky. To sort out overall thing including FIR, it took ~3 hrs and then as heavy fog and traffic., we reached our resort very late. Lost that evening which we wanted to spend in the beautiful resort. Here, some alternate cab should have been arranged soon. We stay just 1-2 nights at some place and pay for that, so something to take care. 3) In Thekkady resort, room given was small but we got an upgrade and had nice stay there. Very polite Hotel Manager. 4) Food was ok ok in all resorts except Houseboat. 5) Kerala Massage suggested by cab driver was not at all good. They should know real good places to suggest as money spent was not small.

We had a 6 nights stay which covered Munnar,Thekaddy and Alleypey. The driver was very knowledgeable and very patient. The choice of hotels was ok, not great. The agent did try to sort things out like food and accommodation when I was at the property though it wasn’t great. These were all 4 star equivalent, except for the boat stay in Alleypey. I was told it is deluxe, though the boat experience was the worst experience. I would expect the agent to have better knowledge of accommodation than me. Overall an average experience.

Hi, I have travelled with my husband n baby (2.5yo) in the month of july to kerala. We have tried travel triangle for the first time for our vacation planning, earlier i was scared and little bit worried to book from this site but when i had conversation with “sethi travels” (one of the agent from travel triangle), he convinced me through his communication n commitment. He was in touch with us throughout our vacation. He booked all the hotels n resort of our choices. We had an amazing stay in every hotel or resort. Even our taxi driver was so supportive, he cooperated very well throughout our journey. Thank you so much “Sethi travels” and nitin for making this trip very beautiful. We stayed in “niraamya retreats surta samudra, kovalam” for 2 days. On the very first day when we entered the room we were surprised to see a little plate decorated with cookies n name of my child written on it. After this sweet gesture, we received another little surprise on our check out day when whole team of this resort came to meet us with cake for our belated anniversary n my husband’s birthday. These small gestures by resort made us very delighted by their hospitality.

More than a review it is a constructive feedback. Travel triangle might want to enhance their work force to attend to the customer calls in emergency. I would say my experience with travel triangle as a platform was not so rewarding. Regarding the travel agent. They are a new team, who are learning with time. Our group was probably the first time the travel agents were handling a booking of this scale. With the initial hiccup of erroneous booking in a substandard hotel, they were quick to rectify their mistake and book an alternative better property. Special kudos to Madam Ritu Patra from Sunshine Vacations and Tourism, who was constantly in touch with us to make sure that our journey was going fine and was hassle free. However, I felt that there needs to be a better communication between the travel agent and the customer. A few instances: 1) We were not aware about the timings of availability of Chef at the Hotel in Cherai and Houseboat. The menu was limited. Though the property in Cherai, Sapphire Club Beach Resort, was excellent in terms of stay. The best part in House Boat was the food. 2) We were not aware about unavailability of Dinner facility in 'Hostess Thekkady' on Diwali evening. You don't want such hassles on a trip with elderly people along. Another important feedback is that, I would suggest guests to go for a good resort/ hotel in Alleppey instead of overnight stay at the House Boat. The quality of furnishing and Linen is not upto the mark in a typical Deluxe House Boat. Instead, one can choose evening and and morning rides to experience the backwaters. I too learnt as a guest. I would suggest travellers to research their stay arrangements adequately to have clarity on facilities they can expect at various properties. Thanks Waterfalls in Munnar, Stay at Cardamom County at Thekkady, Stay at Cherai Beach

I feel that Liva is in good managing hotel management,he is lacking about sight seen which we exactly need that a adventure in place and location, which is completely miss out,In kerla we have to find out the adventure place which is far away in the itinerary although we have already inform what we needed. some forest adventure, tracking, jeep safari as well as time of any particular places of entry not known.liva must have a good knowledge of his surrounding and geography as well as places for which tourist are coming. every Travel agent must understand the need and interest of every tourist and then only he suggest the destination and sight seen of that area with thoroughly knowledge. i advise that Liva must have increase in local knowledge so that other tourist can get better experience. Hotel are extra ordinary and marvelous,The tree house in munnar is so beautiful and always is memorable. The cab cab driver is so gentlemen and cooperative with hindi knowledge.
