      1. assure trip bookings were changed last minute due to some issue at their end. which created lot of confusion. I had to call All hotels for confirmation and then get them to speak to travel agents to ensure there is no surprise. 1. Good hotels, great views from munnar room 2. Elephant ride was highlight for my 2 yr old daughter 3. Was blown over by the the skill display of kalaripattu artists 4. Backwaters were serene 5. Kovalam beaches were amazingly clean and reminded me of nusadua bali Overall a good trip with great memories to cherish....Just a little bit of confusion created in hotel bookings because of change in travel agency last minute

Overall experience is good. Cab driver Gokul is a nice person and helped us in several ways. I have 2 unexpected bad experiences. First: The travel agent did not book the requested Sea View room at “Uday Samudra Leisure Beach Hotel & Spa”. I end up paying extra money to get the desired room which took at least 3 hours and ruined my entire evening. Second: At Alleppey, the travel agent shows me a nice houseboat while booking but booked another boat. I was unexpected and unpleasant. Advise to all fellow travers: Make sure these people giving you proper accommodation. They show one pic and seal the deal but in actual they offer you some thing else. Be careful.

Sudeshna's 7 days trip to Kerala

hotels and services were pretty good. but attitude of the driver was very bad. he was only taking us to some shops with which he had contacts. we were told that the car will be staying with us always, and being with a baby, it was essential that it always stays with us. But the driver was not at all co-operative and was getting irritated when asked to stay with the car for a longer period. He was constantly promoting the massage places and restaurants he had contacts with and discouraging us when we were trying to go some places of our choice. Also, it was understood that we were hiring the car for a fixed km. but even when total km was well below the limit, he was getting irritated and angry whenever we required a lottle detour. the driver ruined the essence of the trip for us.

Renu's 7 days trip to Kerala

I travelled Kerala (Munnar/Thekkady/Alleppy/Athiapally/Kochi) in Oct 2019 with friends. Prebooking response was very good with Mr. Abdul (agent) from KING FOREST HOLIDAYS. He has suggested overall plan, resorts as per our requirement and we could close on the booking soon with them. Immediately after booking, agent informed us we are not getting rooms in one resort for which we agreed upon. This disappointed us as this should have been checked with hotels/resorts just before paying token amount. Later involved Travel Triangle and this issue was sorted out. Small thing but without involving traveller if this would have got sorted it would have been much better. We started our travel and overall experience if I want say, it was awesome, we were happy at the end. Positives: 1) Cab driver was very good/polite and good guide, not faced any issue. Cab cleanliness was maintained throughout the trip. Driver was always very punctual and excited to take us to places 2) Munnar resort provided was a very beautiful property 3) Houseboat experience was excellent, flawless, safe. Food was simple and delicious with varieties. The best stay. Should never miss houseboat experience in Alleppy 4) Mr. Abdul was taking our feedback every day and felt engaged/reliable Improvements Required: 1) In Munnar, the resort was far from the city which was ok as the resort was very good. Second half day, we spent in Wonder Vally Adventure park which was nice experience but after that driver took us to the next spot without telling us how much time it will take. It took almost 2.5 hrs and we were totally disappointed. Driver should keep telling these things as well so that we can decide if we want to go or not. 2) Same evening, with our first cab, faced a small accident (basically minor dashes from a vehicle behind), which damaged the car dicky. To sort out overall thing including FIR, it took ~3 hrs and then as heavy fog and traffic., we reached our resort very late. Lost that evening which we wanted to spend in the beautiful resort. Here, some alternate cab should have been arranged soon. We stay just 1-2 nights at some place and pay for that, so something to take care. 3) In Thekkady resort, room given was small but we got an upgrade and had nice stay there. Very polite Hotel Manager. 4) Food was ok ok in all resorts except Houseboat. 5) Kerala Massage suggested by cab driver was not at all good. They should know real good places to suggest as money spent was not small.

We had a 6 nights stay which covered Munnar,Thekaddy and Alleypey. The driver was very knowledgeable and very patient. The choice of hotels was ok, not great. The agent did try to sort things out like food and accommodation when I was at the property though it wasn’t great. These were all 4 star equivalent, except for the boat stay in Alleypey. I was told it is deluxe, though the boat experience was the worst experience. I would expect the agent to have better knowledge of accommodation than me. Overall an average experience.

There was lot of chasing done by travel triangle for this. Bookings were arranged well in time. Well coordinated by Mamta and Sanjeev. Was not knowing about this earlier...worth the money and time spent. Green woods resort Thekkady is a very good property suggested by you. Do not recommend India vacation houseboat to any of your guests ... No activity planned for the evening...they were not switching on the AC till 9pm...worst part of the trip...could have been better managed

Overall experience was good and satisfactory. Only concern regarding the hotels which were not good and maintained properly as per their star rating. Like Princess de munnar (room quality and frequently power cut issues) , karar garden & Unwind hotel ( no any electric catle provided), Millennium Continental ( AC was not working properly due to which loads of time went into changing the room & discussion with hoteliers) Hotels could be better for hassle free stay Munnar & Thekkady Sightseeing
