The trip was great, we enjoyed a lot. The hotels, cab, driver, houseboat, everything was just excellent. The only thing lacking was the service in the hotels. It could be a Kerala thing but the service and buffet in all hotels was not at all satisfying.

Travel agent should share travel itonary prior to the date of travelling,he must provide advance payment to each and every service provider from whom he is taking service. Can driver should not ask for cash payment form the client. Driver should have all the details with him. Our driver make us wait at airport . Although he was very good by nature but he was not having the details where we have to visit , when I ask on second day he arranges from his owner. After paying in Advance the owner of car from the we landed in coaching ask for payment, he stops car for not making the payment to him.

We needed to cover lot more places by checking stuffs online, but the Cab person Mr. Shine guided very practically throughout the tour. Mr. Bjoy was attentive to every calls for all piece of information. Night stay at Allepey in House boat was a different experience and the cooking person over there was well trained. But, we missed Cable TV channels in Houseboat due to some issue. Stay in Tree House at Munnar was also a different experence, but we felt a bit insecure during night time as it felt we were staying alone in a jungle kind of area.

Cab and driver were very good. However selection of hotels need to be improved especially at Guruvayur and Thekkady. Only at Munnar cloud's valley and Houseboat at Alepuza were good. For the value spent the arrangement could have been much better. Clouds valley at Munnar and Houseboat at Alepuza

Kerala Overall trip experience was good. Stay at Munnar in Ayur Green Resort and Spa was quite nice. Hotel Sandra Palace was okayish, not so good. Had an issue at Palmgrove Lake Resort due to electricity cut. Best was Isola Di Cocco Beach Resort where, though, we couldn't spent much time due to our plan but still it was a great place to stay. Our cab driver was awesome and quite friendly. The only issue with the cab was broken back seat which was causing discomfort. Also, the trip advisor didn't informed us that we need to separately buy tickets for Periyar wild life sanctuary, due to which we wasted a big chunk of our time standing in the long queues.

I recently visited kerala with my wife and friends and I can't define in words how amazingly awesome it was. My travel agent Mr. Jugraj from Tripkro provided me the perfect Hotels, rooms, itinerary and Cab. More than that the moment I visited Kochi airport we met our driver "Mr. Sukesh" who was like a blessing for us through out our trip, from the beginning of the trip he kept guiding us for every passing sight and explained it's significance. I believe he's one of the most experienced person in Kerala. I would really like to thank Mr. Jugraj who actually was always in touch for everything that we required. When we had issues with the hotel for their service, Jugraj sorted it out at first hand in minutes. And I think such customer service is something which really needs to be appreciated. Moreover, houseboat experience was planned beautifully for 4 of us. Now after this trip I can simply trust Tripkro.com and Jugraj to plan my other travel goals. Really looking forward to many more upcoming amazingly planned trips with Tripkro, especially Jugraj. The best part of the trip was Houseboat stay at Alleppey. It was beautifully planned by the agent.

Bhoomika's 7 days trip to Kerala

This was my first time visiting Kerala and I wanted it to be a good experience for my parents. Aftab from DuniyaZamana was absolutely great with offering me great options and suggesting various places that I should visit and offering us the best hotels. Our driver was also very sweet and knew what places are good to visit during our time of visit which helped us save time and visit the best places on the list and a few other local spots. We arrived in Cochin and our cab driver was on point to pick us up. He even made sure that we had enough water bottles in the car, that was very thoughtful of him. We stopped for brunch and then took off for Munnar, everything was so beautiful once we crossed the city lines, there were mountains and coconut trees everywhere. We stopped to visit few waterfalls, spice garden and then took a safari ride which ended in a beautiful sunset point from top of a mountain. Our hotel in Munnar was the second best and the service was also great. The next day we continued our sight seeing in munnar and we were actually out of places to visit by the end of the night. The next morning we left for thekkedy and reached periyar national park for a boat side, we ended up seeing a small family of elephants and it was beautiful. We also watched the kathakali show which was a little boring but the martial arts show was truly mesmerizing. Our hotel in thekkedy was the best hotel in the whole trip, it was so serene, calm and right next to the elephant rides. The service, the food was spectacular. We then left for Alleppey and no words can describe the whole experience of cruising in a houseboat. We booked a 24 hr AC houseboat but we did have some issues with having all of them turned ON so we all had to stick to the same room. We had our rooms AC turned off during all night but in the morning when we asked them to turn it ON, they told us that the power went off twice during the night and so there is no power to keep the AC's ON which is weird coz we had our AC off all night, the generator should be able to support it given that they had it charging all the while that it was banked (I think). Nevertheless, it didnt cause us much concern because everything else in the houseboat was superb, the food, the cleanliness, the views. We then left for Kovalam the next morning and the scenery completely changed from greenery to beaches. We made few pit stops and then reached our hotel which was a huge disappointment. On the maps, it showed it was really close to the beach but it was actually hidden in really narrow lanes and the service was pathetic and the rooms were dirty. It was a short walk to the beach through the narrow lanes so it allowed us to enjoy the early morning sunrises at the beach. We then left to Kanyakumari which felt like a really long drive, we should have opted to stay in kanyakumari rather than returning to kovalam the same day. Kanyakumari was beautiful, the waters were magical and the sunsets too. The next day in Kovalam, we had nothing to do since we didn't want to see any more beaches so we ended up shopping at a local mall. Overall the trip was great but I think we did lot of driving around which I believe is expected from a trip this long. Thank you Aftab for the fabulous trip, we greatly enjoyed it except for few very minor concerns.

Good Things: 1. Driver nature is very pleasant. He cover all the places which is included in our package. He also become a guide for us new any new things come. Our driver name was Sathesh 2. The experience of house bout is awesome . The honeymoon decoration is mind-blowing. The food they serve is fresh. I ask for the juice and juice are not available with them so they provide me by making juice of the fruits available on boat. The fry fish they served is also very tasty Worse things: Our trip is going awsome but on last 2 days we suffer a lot. The hotel Unwind in not good. They also not gave basic things to us like ketal etc. they provide that thing on demand moreover when we place order to them for dinner they come after 1 hr and ask what is my order. when i call to my agent(Unirise Travel Rider Solutions Llp) he said its not his responsiblity and if you want to change hotel then give me extra money. After this type of behaviour I called to Nitin Kumar(Travel Triangle Holiday Expert) he said he will call me shortly as he is driving and I didnot get any call from him.
