The trip started very well with best amazing driver. Shafiq bhai treat mental and hospitality was too good.. Athriappoly casa rio was amazing . Munnar amberdale was amazing.. Biggest issue was lack of knowledge given by tour operators of the entry fees and extra inside things which are in kerela. We spend around 40000 rs extra. Alleppey house boat pickadiky was horrible and so was spice grove in thekkady. Uday samudra was too good and kovalam as well.. All in all good journey but houseboat and thekkady stay money needs to be refunded.. Casa Rio Athirappily waterfalls Munnar sunrise Waterfalls Mountain safari Dreamland Elephant bath Spice plantation Scenearies Kovalam beach Uday samudra resort and room view.

Everything was ok, except hotel isola de coco. I was told while booking that it is in kovalam, but it was in Poovar just adjacent to the one which I stayed for previous days. Even the itinerary mention it in kovalam. It is a kind of misguidance on Agents part because when I visited kovalam, it’s totally a different place and not same as Poovar as told by travel agent. Last resort in Munnar (Exilir) was very bad, that was not a five star property, rather it can not be given 3 star. Food was so low quality, stinky room with stinky toilets. It is only when I asked staff to change my room , they took initiative. Rameshwaram was incredible, Munnar teas estate is something lifetime visit

Vihaar team (Akhilesh) did a very good job while booking the hotels and planning the itinerary for my trip to Kerala. Senior person (Prateesh) was personally involved while planning the itinerary as he is local to Kerala. The tour was very much comfortable. The itinerary was planned in such a way that we were not tired throughout the trip of 9 days long. No hassles while checking in the hotels and getting the cabs. The cab driver's (Jitish) behavior was excellent. He had a very good knowledge about the destinations and gave good shopping recommendations which were like "cherry on the cake". I fully recommend Vihaar for Kerala tour.

Had a wonderful trip! Having the car around with a very reliable driver was the best part. The travel agents handled the whole trip well and I could pay the amounts through instalments to the driver during the trip, which was a relief. I was caught up in the Kerala bandhs during my trip and the travel agents were very helpful and caring and advised me and kept me updated, which is a very commendable thing. I would love to travel with Travel Triangle again someday in the future. :)

I planned for 11 days trip, but hotel provided by the agent was very poor and of cheapest rates and in alleppy the houseboat experience was the worst experience, because they provided a dirty boat. Company received a huge amount from me and provided the cheapest services. not a reliable service. only 1 thing was best in this trip..that was my cab driver. really a nice guy. My cab driver Noupehl, is a best memory of our trip. He is still my good friend. Thanks Noupehl.

I initially had communication with multiple travel agents through travel triangle, I then finally chose Be Touristo after talking to Mr. Anuj who was extremely helpful throughout the trip and helped us in customizing the trip. This was my first time with travel triangle and Be Touristo, my Kerala and Tamil Nadu trip was from 21st Oct 2019 to 30th Oct 2019 with Munnar (2D) -> Alleppey (1D) -> Kovalam (2D) -> Kanyakumari (1D) -> Rameshwaram (2D) -> Madurai (1D). Cab Driver was decent and very polite, I wish he knew more of English/Hindi. I wish all hotels could support WIFI. Hotel at Kovalam was "unwind", full marks to location but it wasn't like hotel and more like old house turned to hotel room with no coffee/tea maker. Alleppey House boat and its staff members were amazing with beautiful view. Location of hotels were city center only and cab driver used to take to the sight seeing points. Travel Agent - 5 * Cab Driver and Service - 5* (we had some problem with some smell in the car, but Anuj and his team got that solved) Hotel - 3.5* I would like to recommend everyone Be Touristo for Kerala trip.
