The trip was quiet nicely planned. And we got the hotel of our choice which has a fantastic view. We enjoyed our stay and they gave what they had mentioned in the details. So all in all a good one. Overall trip experience was poor .Before booking ,they provided us a schedule of online payments ,still we were receiving frequent calls regarding payment ,and also as it is mentioned for online payments ,they were asking for money on different account and with different payment mode .Before payment was done they were in continuous contact with us but once the trip was started ,our travel agent said she is no longer our point of contact and shared some other guy's number ,who was not picking the call from start to end of trip .Regarding hotels ,the bookings were not properly done due to which we faced several issues .Even though cab was booked but payment was not done .Overall ,there was huge difference between the number of calls we received for payment and the number of calls for customer support or help.Pankaj Kumar

There was no issue from cab and driver's end ,everything was quite nice .The main issue we faced on our trip was related to hotels ,the location of hotel Chevron rosemount,was so bad that we denied to stay in that .So at that point we booked our hotel by our own ,and have to pay extra amount at both of the hotels .The agent didn't support us at all in this situation .Vamshi Krishna

Over all experience with travel triangle was TERRIBLE. The co ordinator: • Even though we spoke multiple times regarding stay, it was unclear even when our trip started. • Even though hotels were available, we were mislead saying, it is the peak season and no hotel was available. • We ourselves searched and sent a suggestion for our stay in Auli • If we are searching hotels by ourselves, what did we pay travel triangle for? • The co ordinator booked a stay n Joshimath and tried to convince us that it is Auli (seriously!? ) Also we were informed 16hrs jrny with sight seeing but ended up 20hrs with no sight seeing There was no coordination with driver and triangle Driver don't even know the plan and where he's heading too. The driver • His over speeding, made us scared for our lives. • We have requested him multiple times to slow down, but he never did. • There were MULTIPLE scenarios, where the car would have fallen into the valley. • On the way to Joshimath, the driver wasn't able to cover it in one go( with multiple stops) which is quite understandable because, no one can drive 20 hours in a stretch. One of us took over and drove for last one and half hour • Hence on the way back, we suggested to take a stop in between, rest for the night and travel again, he was confident on covering it one go. By the time we reached Rishikesh it was 4 am( he took a wrong route in between) • Even after multiple scenario of possible accidents he didn't slow down. • He was on phone most of the time in ghat roads. The driving on hills was terrible. Though we tried to communicate to reduce the speed, there was no reaction and the speed remained the same.We missed the crash 2 times. We went on a trip not to take pressure and feel fear.Vajpayeearun

Cab facilities were not upto the mark. Driver did not run AC wherever required and possible. Driver was driving real fast which was risky and could be considered as a rash driving. Although behaviour was ok but his driving was scary. Other than this , hotel at Joshimath could have been better. But overall, I enjoyed this trip. My sincere thanks to Navdeep my travel agent, his active presence via mobile communication was one good thing. I would recommend others to use his service.Topporan
