Josephine's 5 days trip to NainitalHotel options were not good, pictures of hotels were totally different in Nainitall, food was not good . Trip coordinator was really very good and was very responsive as well.
Prashanth's 5 days trip to NainitalThe worst part of our trip was the itinerary which spoiled the trip .It was not properly planned at all ,travel time was too much and also they provided us last night stay in Kausani ,from where Delhi Airport was 12 hrs of distance ,and thus it became a very hectic trip .Room Heater was mentioned in the packaged but it was not provided at some destinations and where they have provided,it was so small that it can't even maintain the room temperature .
Amitabharoy's 6 days trip to NainitalJyoti was very helpful during the trip, overall trip was also good there was issue in cab driver who was not listening
Sk's 3 days trip to NainitalOverall it was an Average trip. Agents was charging more money on some occasions
Fahad's 5 days trip to NainitalOverall experience was great. Agent was in touch regularly. Deducting one star as the cab provided had only one headlamp working. Its a security concern specially when driving on hills. Car can easily be misunderstood as two wheeler.
Hiral's 7 days trip to NainitalTrip was good, but hotel were far from city, as I have said to agent I want hotel near market place Snow falling in nainital
Pramitraychowdhury's 4 days trip to NainitalHotel was good and as promised by tripsailor. But the payment terms were very complicated as axcording to travel triangle terms I need to pay the final amont on the day after my trip starts but driver immediately asked the balance amount as soon as the trip starts. The coodinator of trip sailor was a lady so i was hesitating to call her at 1o clock as my trip was at night. But after calling she behaved very awkwardly and said that she already dropped a mail regarding this which has no relation with the reality. There was no mail regarding this in my mailbox till date. But alas I gave the money in a little dilemna to the driver which is a bit bad experience for me. In service sector transparency is what customer expect. Secondly I was new to the place and they gave me a hotel in Bhimtal rather than in Nainital which I thought to be close to Nainital but later I found it atleast 1and half hour journey from nainital. The time we spend together was priceless.
Drsoumitrac's 5 days trip to NainitalThe driver should be professional in attitude, follow the itinerary and not defy them in the guise of challan being issued by R.T O.--missed out on places like Almora & Ranikhet because of detour. He also should be familiar with roads. Option should be given to guest regarding quality of hotels. Nainital stay.
