Thanks to Sandeep and Ansh who were trying to accompany us all the time keeping us engaged all along the trip. Cab drivers were good and were able to handle the roads with ease. Sandeep was able to provide efficient service and we were happy on the trip. Agents were helping us in guiding the driver en route. Agents were also able to get us the good deals for hotels and rafting. We had a very good experience. Highly recommended Place and Agents!

We have great time in both Auli and Mussorrie, travel agent(Sandeep) was very co-operative and helpful through out the trip Auli snowfall will be one of most memorable memories in my life

Sukham raasa was the hotel given for us in rishikesh, I would not recommend this place as it is very far from main rishikesh area, secondly the place is quite dirty ( rooms were dusty, water leakage under the sink, plates were dirty) MV Acosta was the room in mussoorie which was good, beautiful valley view, clean room and spacious, breakfast was served hot on order and taste was good Driver Bhopal was a nice person, kept the car clean, driving was good

Overall experience was good..just one issue was of the heater they provided in Hotel Vishnu Palace. Considering so low temperature in mussoorie, the heater was of no use at all and that was the only disappointment from the trip. Rishikesh hotel n hospitality was all good.

Awesome experience with Mithila Travels. Initially I was hesitant in taking the trip but After speaking with Ravi (our Destination Coordinator) my doubts got clearer. Ravi sir provided with all 4* properties in good budget. And always responsive for any doubts we had. The cab Driver Suresh was great too he made us comfortable and helped us with sight seeing . Special thanks to Ravi sir who took all the responsibility of my travel and made us feel comfortable. He coordinated with us from the beginning, rolling out different deals and options and helped us choose the best one. He was very responsive and worked out the quote multiple times incorporating all my needs. I definitely will consult this team for all my future travels and would highly recommend it for others too. Prabha, the Sales Executive from travel teach is friendly and cooperative. She took efforts for making our trip comfortable and was very understanding. SK her senior was also communicative and spontaneous. Our Driver Tariq was well aware and informative, he took quick steps when needed.

Here are some of my complaints with respect to the services of the travel agent and travel triangle as well for much-awaited trip of Uttarakhand : 1. Though the driver was polite and was very perfect in his driving skills, but he did not know any thing about our itinerary or the directions of the places where we had to visit. Every time we had to turn on google maps which caused much delay in our itinerary. 2. Since the Driver was not aware and did not inform us how long the route to our next destination was, we missed the main part of our trip to Kanatal which was the zipline and other activities - the only complimentary things with the trip. 3. Also there was a technical glitch at the travel agent's end since we had specifically in as many words as possible, asked for The Tattva Resort which was a 4 star resort for our stay in Joshimath but when we reached there after a 12 hour long journey, we came to know that our booking was finalised by them in a home stay named himalayan abode which the travel agent claimed was more expensive. The point is not about what was expensive, when e had asked for a particular resort and in the final itinerary we were guaranteed that resort, how come the booking was made of some other resort. 4. Due to a family emergency, our driver had to leave us in Joshimath and return to his home town in Delhi and we were left with no car for 2 days. On the first day when the driver left in the early morning at 5am, we had to arrange on our own for a vehicle that could help us reach Auli from Joshimath. Till evening 5pm that day, there was no call from the Travel Agent or from Travel Triangle as to how they would arrange for another driver or another car. It is only when we called them in the evening did they feel the need to make some arrangements. Apart from this, even after informing them that we would need a car that would drop us to our next destination i.e. to Rishikesh from Auli, till next day morning, there was no arrangement made by them. Ideally, they are also responsible for making arrangements to drive us back from auli (on the top of the hill)to Joshimath, however, expecting this was I think asking for a huge favour from them. We could also not enjoy the services of the ropeway from Joshimath to Auli since we were guaranteed that the travel agent or the driver would arrange for the tickets but did not do the same. However, having made our own arrangements again to get down from Auli to Joshimath with our luggage, we reached Joshimath on time waiting for the car that would drop us to Rishikesh. However, to our utmost sadness, we had to wait under the sun for almost 5 hours till 3 pm since no car was arranged by them. All this time we were standing without any shelter with all our bags with us and even after 3 p.m. it was due to us and due to our connect that we arranged for a car that would drop us to Rishikesh. That day we reached Rishikesh at 2.a.m. Here comes even worse part. We arranged for the car at a cost of 10,000 Rs. and we hoped that the least the travel agent could do is reimburse us the cost since we had made the entire payment to them in ADVANCE. Here the Travel agent says that he has a budget only of Rs. 9,000 and asked us to bear the cost of Rs.1,000. Even next day where we had roaming around Rishikesh as a part of our itinerary, we were not arranged for a car. All they arranged for us only to drop us at dehradun airport. We had purposefully booked our flights in the evening from Dehradun thinking that we could roam around favourite places in Rishikesh but this day also we were not provided with the Car for the entire day. 5. We were promised heaters in all the hotels but our hotel in mussorie had no warmer/heater and it was chilling in -1 degree. Hope I am compensated for all the efforts and hard ships that we had to face during our trip. During all these times, we didn't get single support from Travel Triangle as well to whom we had made the payment of the entire trip in Advance.

Hotel was great. I had searched and asked agent to book that one. But when I reached there they asked me to pay 16k, so I had to call my agent and make straight. First Cab driver assigned was too bad, he had no knowledge, no manners. Second agent was good. Cab driver/cab owner asked for 1500 extra to visit Landour even if it was added to my iternary. Finally I had raised issue for every concern with travel triangle and still no reply from them. So one star to Travel Triangle

We booked our trip with Agent Trip Birbal through travel traingle for 6 days 5 nights. We made sure our plan will.be customized and as said by travel traingle and our travel agent they customized our plan according to our needs and made sure everything went as per plan. Agent Trip Birbal was really good and we got everything what we were promised. Also the driver of our cab was really good, with very good driving skills and was really helpful. We were going to miss out some points but our driver made sure that we got to see our planned tourist spots. The hotels provided by our Travel agent were good. especially Corbett Treat Resort and The mountain Quail ( Mussoorie) stood out in food, room, cleanliness. The shivaay hotel in rishikesh was decent one. If anyone wants to go to Uttarakhand , i would suggest go with Agent Trip birbal but make sure to customize your own plan and get on mail by the agent that they will provide all the services that you asked for. Travel Traingle staff was also good to us but a problem that i observed was ,our trip guide Kocab Hammad's number was switched off most of the time and that definitely is not a good impression. If anything had gone wrong how we were supposed to contact our trip guide from travel traingle? Please take this into account. Rest all was perfectly organised. You can trust Travel Triangle.

One of the worst experiences. They alloted a tempo knowing that it couldn’t reach some low lying areas in Mussorie and we had to book our own cab for a 1000 INR to checkout those places. Money to be paid was not intimated clearly. Though the tour guide alloted was really good. He didn’t have any communication from the travel agent. Moreover the alloted hotel at Mussorie was worst. Thankfully we discussed with the hotel owner and stayed at some nearby hotel which was better. Travel Traingle needs to improve. Thanks! Kempty and Bhatta falls was really good. Rishikesh and Haridwar trip was also good.

1. Hotel did have arrangements for proper breakfast 2. There was no proper hot water 3. Packaged drinking water were not provided 4. Wifi didn't like work for the entire trip 5. TV didn't work as set top box was not recharged!!

Everything was well planned and organised ,it was wonderful experience with Travel triangle. Only one minor issue was there ,that we've opted for breakfast in the package which we were not able to receive because of early checkout.

Shimla trip was good but in manali we had already informed the travel agent about senior citizens travelling with us but anyhow they didn't bother to check if lifts were available in the hotel secondly the toilet was dirty it was fully chocked I kept complaining to the hotel and the travel agent but the travel agent also kept asking questions on whatsapp than to resolve the problem, half information on charges or balance payment how to be paid were also not informed, the travel agent boss was also rude on call when we said we were not informed on certain things. Being a customer always referring travel traingle will now think twice even for myself. A bad choice this time
