Travel unbounded and their arrangements was good. Specifically Mamta from the agency is superb. She helped me lot after lots of searching of best categories hotels. Although she or their agency could have been far better if they called tourist on that travel days and following up regarding their travel itinerary and demonstrate or guide. Any way 4 and 1/2 star out of 5 sure. Munnar is the best destination amongst the rest destination.

Overall trip was good but need to improve on places of visit. There was a stop of adventure park, jungle cruise instead of that more of culture trips or nice places to visit should be done.

I opted for Kerala tour package which was well managed and planned by Arha Holidays. I had a good family vacation in Kerala covering Athirapally waterfall, Munnar, Thekkady, Alleppey and Cochin. Representatives from Arha Holidays were quite good who used to call and ask for any concern on each day of travel. Cab driver was friendly and was aware of sightseeing places. Hotels were nice in Munnar and Thekkady. I had very good experience in private boathouse of Alleppey which is once in a lifetime experience for me and my family. Overall it was a pleasant vacation with my family to Kerala.
