Drive to the Beautiful town of Nainital and explore.

On the first day of your trip our representative will pick you up from Delhi, and from the capital, we start our road trip to the beautiful Nainital situated in Uttarakhand. After we reach Nainital, you check-in at your hotel, take some rest and freshen up, after which we head to explore Nainital. We check out the Hanuman Garhi Temple which offers you a sunrise and sunset view, the Naina Devi Temple which is situated near the lake. Then we visit Raj bhawan, which was the choice of stay for the Britishers and we also explore the Cave Gardens of Nainital. We return to the Hotel for an overnight stay.

The Kilbury bird Sanctuary is a famous picnic spot, Sariyatal and Khurpatal Lakes have a peaceful and Serene environment which makes you stay there for a long time. We head back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Although the services and hotels provided were good but need to point out some issues. 1) The cab driver arrived late for pickup. We wanted to leave early but the driver came as per his suitability. But during the trip he was ok. 2) There were no callbacks/call pickup from the agent during the trip. We wanted to clear something which came up during the trip. 3) No proper communication was made between cab person and agent. We have to bear extra money due to improper communication made to the cab driver. 4) Food options were very less in the breakfast.

The cab driver was not accustomed with the local sight seeing and took us to a separate group, he said he was told to take us there and as a result I ended up paying 3k more. Other than this scenario, we had a good time. The hotel services and it's premises was very good. The open ground infront of the hotel premise amidst hills was something worth.

Trip of Nainital & Almora was wonderful . The travel agent Mr. Suraj from Mithali Travels was supportive in the entire trip and also arranged everything as per the commitment. The cab driver arranged was very much experienced, decent and soft spoken. The hotel Rio Grand provided in nainital was ok ok as it is a old property, however, hotel provided in Almora i.e. Hotel Shivalik River Retreat is a good one.

Booked a safari Jim Corbett and Nainital package in March 24. Though I was skeptical at first since this is the first time am booking a trip through a travel agent. Since my baby is 2 years old and this was her first trip so I did not want any hiccups. All thanks to UMA and Mithila Travels as it turned out to be one of the best trips of my life. Trip was good but the places mentioned in the Itinerary is not possible to cover in the provided time (3N/4D). Required realistic schedule Provide hotel near to location in case of 2 day stay which will save some journey time We expect some clarity if there will be any additional charges to reach places mentioned in Itinerary through other transport such as small cars/Horse ride.....There should not be any sudden shocks in the last minute Also it is tough to accommodate all the luggage in the car boot space due to CNG cylinder and need to adjust it in the back seat which makes inconvenience while traveling. Filling of CNG takes more time and driver not ready to go with petrol/diesel for 25km. We reached airport in the nick of time. Any slight delay would have been impacted my flight journey. Driver should not hold mobile in hand and drive. In my case the driver used mobile in hand for the directions using the Google Maps throughout the journey

Hotel & Hotel Staff was very good. Cab provided by travel agent was not upto the mark & as expected by me. Cab was little dirty. It was not premium as I demanded at the time of booking. Also I paid extra charges for parking each time, it is also not cleared by travel agent at the time of booking. Trip Adviser was not picking up the call.
