Hotel was good and as promised by tripsailor.But the payment terms were very complicated as axcording to travel triangle terms I need to pay the final amont on the day after my trip starts but driver immediately asked the balance amount as soon as the trip starts. The coodinator of trip sailor was a lady so i was hesitating to call her at 1o clock as my trip was at night. But after calling she behaved very awkwardly and said that she already dropped a mail regarding this which has no relation with the reality. There was no mail regarding this in my mailbox till date. But alas I gave the money in a little dilemna to the driver which is a bit bad experience for me. In service sector transparency is what customer expect. Secondly I was new to the place and they gave me a hotel in Bhimtal rather than in Nainital which I thought to be close to Nainital but later I found it atleast 1and half hour journey from nainital. The time we spend together was priceless.

We had to contineously follow up with Trip Sailer for trip related information. Trip Sailar need to improve custormer relationship. Costing provided by trip sailer was nothing less than good only they have to work on customer interaction. Booking of Digala gate of Jim Corbett was not done by Trip Sailer so we have to comprise our safari experience over there. It was a good experience....agent Trip Sailer were very good, cab driver was good and polite, their staff were very nice. Hotel Swiss Cottage and Hotel Royal Rossett both were good but services, food and hygiene was great at Royal Rosette. At Hotel Swiss Cottage dinner was without the chapati, rice, vegetable in the menu.

There was no issue from cab and driver's end ,everything was quite nice .The main issue we faced on our trip was related to hotels ,the location of hotel Chevron rosemount,was so bad that we denied to stay in that .So at that point we booked our hotel by our own ,and have to pay extra amount at both of the hotels .The agent didn't support us at all in this situation .

Travel was okay. Cab driver was worst among the whole trip. No respect towards customer, doesn't listen and lie a lot. It seemed that driver paid for holiday,we had to listen to him and he didn't have patience or maturity to understand something. He drivers extremely fast or very slow. Doesn't really bother about anyone. At last travel agent also was supporting him with out teaching driver some manners. Hotels and food was good. Planning could be better.
