Splendid Ooty Coonoor Kodaikanal Tour Package From Bangalore 5 Days & 4 Nights

1.Travel Agent must've told me about distance between Ooty & Kodai. 2.Sterling valley Hotel in Kodai doesn't have a lift so travel agent must've arranged a better hotel for the same money. 3.Rest all arrangements were very nice.

You have us second hotel at Mysore outskirts..For any small purchase we had to travel 18-20 km inside City. We had a small baby and we faced many issues. Highly disappointed with this type of service. Your Ooty hotel was too good, the service staff were good. Food was good. In the second hotel, there was no menu to choose. Second day complementary breakfast finished as early as 9 am.We has to eat at a restaurant nearby just beside hotel. Please improve your service Ooty was too good.

Ooty Hotel Delight inn is very good and hospitality is also very good, expectation to be similar coming to kodaikanal peak resort but not even 25% of what delight inn is . No phone to contact reception, no hot water to drink at times, no hospitality , no one,

The trip was good but its better to plan this with friends given the tiring travel hours. I had planned a 5-day trip but could enjoy only 3 days as Kodaikanal to Ooty was a six hour long journey n airport to Kodaikanal was 5 hours! Overall the experience was decent but next time I'll definitely do my research on travel time.

There was misunderstanding in hotel booking and room was of different category smaller than finalised..hardly any support from Pallavi Sharma of Travel Triangle..not even called back to check whether everything is fine with the client after taking travel triangle guarantee..car and cab driver was the best..hotel was also good.. however service from travel triangle was mediocre..Carlo travel was satisfactory not great as compared to Others..Itinary planning was also not good and no suggestion was given about itinery.. Very beautiful place with very good driver..had good time..

Cab driver was polite and helped In exploring more places in ooty and kodaikanal. Delight inn hotel in ooty was excellent but not satisfied with warmth hill resorts in kodaikanal as approach road to hotel was scary

This was very much pathetic experience. Problem starting with cab driver unble to speak Hindi , which agent told me that Hindi and English speaking. In important location like ooty hotel was very much pathetic. Ooty hotel contact person not answering calls as well as not responding to what's app message. After visiting hotel reception person asking about my four year old daughters breakfast. The agent told me that this is three star hotel and there is nothing like three star , even no lift in hotel , hotel ambiance was very very poor. From my room have called thrice to reception as my room power was disconnected however no one is responding. Around 15 minutes I was in dark with my family along with my four year daughter. No bath soap and no towels has been provided by hotel. In the morning I personally go to hotel reception and collect the towel. Also no washroom was available for cab deiver in this hotel also no parking place is available. Sharing some picks of so called three star hotels. At the time of booking trip, I have been communicated that all three star properties was given for all stay. In coimbatore agent has provided one room in apartments. That was my experience in apartments. So don't know was is apartment residence. Also at the of booking trip cleanly told agent that we are traveling by train, and we require stay near to railway station because our train is at 8.50 AM . Agent has given apartments room from 30 minutes or 15 KM away from railway station. So I am not able to take breakfast at this place also. All Mrs Sujata has told me that I will receive call from travel trangal during my trip. No call and message from Sujata has been received, also no response from what's app message. This is very very bad experience for me of travel trangal and All India Holiday. This is clear cheating of my family and spoiled my entire happiness which I have planned with you people. Very disturbing and painful situation.

The trip was well arranged, the first hotel was perfect. The second hotel and service was not at par. A lot of basic facilities were not available. Had to reach out to the hotel management several times. The location of both hotels were good.

Amazing experience ,hotels and services in all places are excellent, travel agent especially Mr. Shahil is very supportive and the cab driver Mr. Sahid is friendly and cooperative . Overall the tour was memorable thank you travel triangle for your service. Ooty boating and kodaikanal cokerewalk.

Our tour was from Coimbatore to Banglore. All the hotels accommodation was awesome. Trip was very well planned by Mr. Rakesh Sharma. He is a wonderful person, he coordinate till the end of the tour.

Some point need to be highlight for improvements- 1. Concern person should guide about the environment and weather info so that travelers prepared them self as per weather. e.g.- Heater, Sweater and Umbrella. it can save money. 2. Drivers are so strict to their decisions and they just want to roam us as per their suggestions and their mood it should not be like this.

It was overall a nice experience however the personal touch that you would expect from a small operator was missing once the payment was done there was barely any communication nor a follow through when the holiday began.

After paying huge packages, driver and vehicle is not at mark, driver not able to speak eng and hindi language, it is so inconvenient to us and also not using google map while driving, every time asking everyone, not reached any destination in time, always late by 1 or 2 hrs. Hotel room booked by was privilege suite which is not provided, ask to manager to change room where executive from sterling denied…. It is bad experience….. we have…… No

It was vacation with my family to Ooty and Kodaikanal. We really had a great time as the entire itinerary was customisable. Thank you Simran Kaur, for all your efforts. We were given a private car only for four of us by Covai Tourism. They were so polite and patient, making it possible for us to cover as many places as possible. Sincere thanks to you, team. Overall, it was a good trip, and I was happy with the service. The driver, Alan Pratrick, was excellent. He ensured we visited all the important places without missing any. I would also like to thank Kishore from All India Holiday Travel for his quick responses and all the necessary arrangements for the trip. Visiting Athirapally waterfalls during heavy rain
