Shimla trip was good but in manali we had already informed the travel agent about senior citizens travelling with us but anyhow they didn't bother to check if lifts were available in the hotel secondly the toilet was dirty it was fully chocked I kept complaining to the hotel and the travel agent but the travel agent also kept asking questions on whatsapp than to resolve the problem, half information on charges or balance payment how to be paid were also not informed, the travel agent boss was also rude on call when we said we were not informed on certain things. Being a customer always referring travel traingle will now think twice even for myself. A bad choice this time

We enjoyed our trip with Guruji though there were some communication barrier with our cap driver who can not speak English but things could be eventually solved out. We have faced unexpected problems during our visit to Manali; one member lost her purse and passport and the other got a stray dog bite while walking in downtown. But with our skilled and supportive driver despite limited English, my friend's passport could be located and eventually being picked up on the way of our next destination to Amritsar, thanks god. The member who got dog bite could reach to the public hospital in Manali for treatment. So thank you to Mr. Mukthiar, the driver, for the good job. I also like to thank you Avinash and Rehka for their support and fast responsive to our questions and needs from the beginning through our itinerary. I will definitely come back and choose Guruji Travels for our next trip.

The trip was well organised.. The hotels were good .. Cab pick up was on time .. Once we onboard the cab he became the tour decider .. Mid of Delhi to Manali .. we have to take a break stating land slide in Manali on Feb 7th post 8 pm .. took a room with own cost on Mandi.. since Tour agency was not ready to bear the cost. Next day to Kulu paragliding .. cab just stepped on a agent .. the agen fixed our paragliding prices including cab 3k negotiate to 2.7K .. which include Mahendra 4*4 hill ride .. if we want River raft another 4k they demanded.. Next day solang valley night only Our cab driver informed our vehicle can't go there .. Take 4*4 gypsy or Mahindra van .. Again negotiate he dropped on another agent for cab he Demanded 8k for Taxi.. we found a 4*4 taxi for for 6k .. which out travel agent didn't let us board.. Ended up paying 6k to visit solang valley.. Next day was Manali and Simla a part sofe seeing .. just went on cab driver itself.. Apple garden visit and some games were included in Shimla Kurfi.. Again cab driver stopped to a common point and started to argue my Ertiga car won't go far from here only 4*4 can go to Apple garden.. We again fought with Agency's and they made cab driver to drop in Mini zoo .. which had leopard .. deer .. bears and some wild birds.. Over night stay was planned.. Since farmers strike we were forced to get down to Delhi else road block will happen by cab driver advice.. Since we don't want to miss flight .. we reached Delhi by 6.30 Am. The entire trip was messed up by a Stupid Transit Cab driver and this Agency's.. They clearly mentioned games your cost .. but no where they have mentioned 4*4 cab travel is your cost.. Ended up paying 20k extra since this cab ertiga is not 4*4 to travel around.. If you guys plan Manali better take a 4*4 vehicle fix them first itself they take for same cab which they boarded from Delhi to Sollang valley.. Atul tunnel, Koskar .. Shimla Kurfi on the same vehit.. Never choose Ertiga/dezire .. plan well and travel to Manali and Simla .. The road between Manali and Simla is 200km full of holly area request driver to drive slow.. My cab driver was full on mobile single hand drive everyone vomit and lost their strength.. Plan well fix the total expenses and got.. For games alone Manali and Kufri 15k per person .. if you take 4*4 seperate again 12-15k .. Good place to visit don't get trap with fake promises agencies.. My trip was from February 7-12 spent around 90k but nothing enjoyed due to poor organize and lack of knowledge.. Delhi or Chandigarh is local point to reach Shimla and Manali.. prefer a 4*4 so that you don't want to pay more .. Food you get all North Indian food .. Bread omlet and noodles .. All the best friends.. Got to play on snow ..

Hotel Sunrise villa was the most disappointed thing to experience in the whole trip. And please make sure you take the veg and non veg food preferences prior to booking the hotels rather than creating arguments later during the trip. Rest everything was well managed and co ordinated. Also, please keep food and refreshment arrangements of the driver in the hotel we take the stay by your end and not customer. Apart from this, will recommend it to everyone if these things are taken care of with priority and respect. Camping in Kasol was the best thing

We had our trip for Shimla Manali for 5 nights & 6 days organized by Travel Talkies. Our guide/tour organiser Anita assisted us from the scratch till the very end of the trip. She was really helpful and understanding even though with our constant changes/queries before the start of our trip. The hotels we had were Paradise Village Resort(Make sure you dont miss this resort for Shimla) & Indrasan Hotel for Manali. The staff in both hotels were soft spoken and ready to help for smallest of the things.

I booked the trip for Shimla and Manali from Travelepedia through TravelTriangle. I would say the overall experience was 3/5. The major problem was that there was a lack of coordination between the agent(Miss Neesha) who give you all the details and design the itinerary and the one who will book your itinerary(Mr. Vikas). Pros: 1.) Since we travelled off-season, they provided very good hotels within our budget(including breakfast and dinner) and I would say the hotels and rooms provided were outstanding. 2.) Due to a lack of coordination, there were some changes in our itinerary, the good part is they refunded that amount from the itinerary(sad things are discussed in cons). 3.) The itinerary was very well structured and I would say it was a value for money. 4.) We almost covered every famous spot in Manali and Shimla. 5.) Bus booked from Manali to Delhi was great. 6.) Nevertheless, our driver was good and very well mannered. Cons: 1.) In our case the bus mentioned was Volvo, but they booked some third class bus named Scania from Delhi to Shimla, I would suggest never travelling with that bus for such a long journey even if the agent tries to  convience you. 2.) While booking, the agent told me that Rohtang pass, Sissu valley and Solang valley would cost approx. 2-3K in off-season extra but later they charged 4K for the same. 3.) Not only this, even after discussing the final amount of 4K for the Rohtang pass, Solang valley and Sissu valley inclusive of everything, they charged ₹200 extra for the Sissu valley pass. 4.) They charged an extra ₹400 on the name of Manali green tax, which logically should be included in the itinerary amount since every tourist has to pay that tax. 5.) Lack of coordination between Travelepedia and their cab vendor. 6.) I know these are very fewer amounts and can be ignored in such a big tour, but as a reviewer, I am placing my points so that whoever reads it can be aware of it.
