Hi overall experience was ok. Hotels given were good. However there were lot of issues with respect to cabs. I had to follow up a lot with cab and yes tourism person. Also special mention of the local can person Biren who took us to lachung was very rude . He spoke bad language with us and spoiled day. He did not have any flexibility . Was not ready to wait for 10 minutes anywhere .He did not guide us for boots so my childs feet got frozen. Other all drivers were good. Hotels were good. There were small coordianation issues with yes tourism Mr Biraj but he sorted out . In our future we want such gaps to be eliminated so that such issues do not come. Best memory was train ride and darjeeling travel operator.
