    Jeremy Travels made our Sikkim tour perfect in every way. We went for the Sikkim & Darjeeling tour for 5 days and the tour was nicely planned and reasonably priced. The hotel provided in the gangtok were really nice with beautiful views of Gangtok. Hotel in Darjeeling were just OK. All the drivers were calm, friendly, cool and skilled. Thanks to Mr. Nakul and Jeremy Travels who made this vacation worth remembering. I would strongly recommend Jeremy Travels, if you want to visit Sikkim and Darjeeling.

    The hotels were good but were out of the city. There was no transportation available from hotel to go in the city. All the sites were good. The drivers were very good and cooperative.

    We had an okay experience with our travel partner Unexplored Trip during our Sikkim-Darjeeling tour. However, we’re giving a 3-star rating due to the following reasons: The itinerary was planned entirely by the travel partner, but it missed two major attractions: Char Dham Temple and Buddha Park. These are famous spots and could have been easily added with just a small 2-hour detour on the way from Gangtok to Pelling. That day had no other sightseeing planned, just travel and rest at the hotel. We ended up paying ₹2000 extra to the cab driver to visit these places ourselves. As tourists unfamiliar with the area, we didn’t even know about these spots until we were already there — and it was too late to change plans since we had already paid in full. A local travel expert like them should have included these in the original itinerary. We had different cab drivers for each location, and the travel partner didn’t share their details in advance. We had to call the cab provider every day to ask who would pick us up the next day. This should have been handled by the travel partner. Hotel confirmation vouchers were not shared with us in advance either. We had to call and follow up multiple times to get them. This made the trip more stressful than it needed to be — which defeats the purpose of booking through a travel partner. On a positive note, the booking platform Travel Triangle was very helpful and quick in assisting us whenever we faced issues with Unexplored Trip.

    We Had great experience, everything was well managed and thanks to travel Agent Ayushi she managed everything very well and reverted in a optimistic way , i was in Gangtok and i was about to leave for Lachen but suddenly i was informed by locals of land sliding issues there and i quickly informed that to Ayushi and she changed my itinerary and adjusted everything as per my convenience. Gangtok and Pelling was too good . Specially Gangtok if you are willing to cover sikkim add Gangtok on Top of the list there is so much to explore there and you guys will have a good experience.

    Lachung Hotel We stayed in Rufina Lachung Kunga. We were allotted Super Deluxe Rooms. However the Rooms given were the most Standard type. The Rooms were Dirty and had spider webs. Also the hotel supplied Electricity only between 6 pm to 10 pm and in 6.30 am to 7.30 am. Rest time there was no electricity. This was basically done to save on Costs. Cabs The Driver allotted for local sightseeing in Sikkim did not come . we were given another cab but the driver came late and did not show us most of the Sightseeing points in Gangtok. He was in a hurry and just dropped us at one of the Points and told us to manage going to the Hotel. We felt this as unprofessional. For Nathula Pass, we were told to get ready to 5.30 am in the Morning. However the Cab came to pick us up at 7.30 AM. Barring these two incidents, rest all other days, Cabs and Driver were very good. Sikkim is beautiful with natural beauty. We had a good family time
