This was our first-ever trip with Travel Triangle, and overall, it was a great experience! Everything was well-organized and smooth. The only disappointment was missing out on the Toy Train ride in Darjeeling. Unfortunately, we weren't aware that the tickets needed to be booked in advance, and no one informed us about it. We usually rely on our travel partner to guide us on such things, especially when prior bookings are required. It would be helpful if information about experiences like the Toy Train, cable car, or other popular activities needing advance online booking was communicated beforehand. This would help avoid last-minute issues and ensure a smoother experience. That being said, everything else about the trip was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed it. We will definitely book through this partner again in the future!

Overall, the trip was a memorable and enjoyable experience. The arrangements made by Jeremy Travel were well-organized, and the hotels provided were clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near local markets, which made exploring the area easy. A special mention to Nakul, our tour coordinator, who was extremely supportive and attentive throughout the trip. He called us twice every day—once in the morning and again in the evening—to check in and ensure everything was going smoothly. His proactive communication was truly appreciated and made us feel well taken care of. Kudos to him! The only drawback we faced was due to the unpredictable weather—occasional rain did affect our sightseeing plans. Additionally, while the drivers provided were good and polite, punctuality was an issue. Being local, they are familiar with the traffic situation, and we felt they should have planned better to avoid delays. On a couple of occasions, we missed out on visiting certain spots because the drivers arrived late. Despite these minor hiccups, we are overall very satisfied with the service provided. A big thank you to Jeremy Travel for organizing a great trip. Keep up the good work—and once again, a special thanks to Nakul for his excellent coordination and support!

Arranged our Sikkim trip for 6N 7D. Overall, everything went well. The hotel in Gangtok was excellent and comfortable for a family of four. Cabs provided in Sikkim were also good. Drivers were also good enough to give details about the location. It was well planned that we were not required to call back the tour coordinator during the visit. This is my first trip with Traveltriangle and Unexplored trip. Happy with both. Regarding trip details: Northsikkim was really good. Journey is adventurius with risks (especially during rains as landslides may happen). Drivers we got were good. Roads are small and require maintenace as there are lot of pitholes and damanges. In Gangtok, City is very beautiful with colourful houses. Traffic jams in the city are frequent.
