Except the Palm era disappointment other hotels were best. Driver was unknown to many places, few places were closed so the travel to reach there and the time taken, it all went in vain. Trip planners/Drivers should have known this before planning a trip. Travel agent Rakesh was a good person, he helped us out at each and evry stage of the booking and our trip but the room at palm era was a real disappointment as we were charged for Super deluxe and the room was very dirty stinking etc. We downgraded the room and moved to the basic room which was ok. So that should have not been happened. Rest trip was a good one. Enjoyed it. Few disappointments. Regards Rupesh

Corners of beds of hotel coorg jungle backwater resort not covered properly and i got hurted 2 times. So its my suggestion to hotel management to take care of it. We had a great experience over all. A few issues with hotel like things were shutting fast and the conduct at coorg hotel was little mean. Rest was all okay. Hotel at Wayanad was great. Both hotels were clean. N the driver and car were good and comfortable. Nothing to complain there. It was a great trip right from the booking till the end. Thank you !!! There were many. But frequent visits to the market and drive through the fog and karaoke

In all tour experience was good. But in coorg resort there was a problem of getting hot water. And there was also problem of power cutting. Generator was not working in night. Cab driver is cooperative. Food service was best in coorg & wyand resort. Coorg & Wynad is a good hill place.

We (couple) had booked 4night/5days trip for Coorg through Ur Dream Holidays. Travel Agent (Ur Dream Holidays) review :- 3/5 Pros : 1) Driver was polite, helpful & the cab was clean. 2) Price charged was reasonable & were transparent about the charges/services. Cons : 1) Poor after sales service. (Booking agent dodging calls) 2) Room booked was a disaster & not upto the standard. (Shifted to deluxe room after first night) Hotel (Coorg Lagoon) review :- 2/5 Pros : 1) Extremely beautiful & serene surrounding of the hotel. 2) Recreation activities available such as Boating, Pool table, carrom, badminton, etc. Cons : 1) DO NOT BOOK Bamboo Cottage . (Room quality is pathetic. Its a steel cabin with bamboo wallpaper! The commode in the toilet was moving! Rat traps were set for rats & hotel staff attitude was poor w.r.t. addressing these issues. Was told to adjust for the night since there were no rooms available. Was shifted to Deluxe Room the next day which was decent) 2) Hotel staff lethargic & room condition poor. 3) Hotel food not that great. 4) Hotel location is a bit remote. (Takes almost half an hour to come outside to main road. No/minimal mobile connectivity inside hotel premises)

The hotel rooms in Coorg was not so good as we were expecting because the water taps and the electric geyser was not good. We also once ordered the dinner from the hotel which was not good and prices were extremely too high with not so good quality food due to which 2 of the relatives got sick and had a bad stomach ache , also one of our relative got a hair in the medu wada while having a morning breakfast, We had already given this feedback to the manager who was handling in the hotel on our check out time. Also few of the places were also not by the driver , it is not the tourist responsibility to look after all these, 2 days of the trip we completed around 3 pm and we were back in hotel which did not made any sense and we wasted many of our quality time. Our parents were not so much happy with the trip as we expected it should be like. Upset with the huge amount as per the trip didn’t went so good. We wanted one driver, till the trip ends but we had 2 drivers and we were co ordinating with the transport driver team, I don’t think it was our duty to do all this. Few places were good and climate was pleasant
